I think Ryu loses a lot if you go from ST to Super Ryu. His overhead and super are so good.

Whats the advantage of O.Ryu?

@Swervli I'm not to sure but I think he has a better recovery time with haduken and a lot better recovery time on hurricane kicks plus he doesn't have the special so the people who can't do "forward down diagonal forward P shoryuken" can just do quarter circle 2 times.

@Swervli It's just a guess because when I compared this Ryu with the newer Ryu, he was a bit faster with his moves and that means he can corner trap with hadukens really easily + he'll be harder to predict. Thanks for reading what I had to say, it meant a lot

@Swervli O.Ryu's dragon punches are invincible which is a huge difference. His juice kicks are semi-unblockable on the first frame as well.

@DonkeyFist Interesting. Is there a difference between o ryu and o kens shoruyken (aside from the fierce obviously) when it comes to priority and invincibility?
