@Homemade320 This was made for Blender by Super3Boy. (That's the power of an open-source app. :3) But I don't think there is anything like this for 3ds Max yet. Someone would have to develop a plug-in for 3ds Max. I'm getting into program development myself, and I use Max sometimes, so maybe I'll produced something similar to this someday, and release it for free...but not without giving all props to Super3Boy for the inspiration. :0
just downloaded v1.2 :D and its great... are there any never versions avalible? and why cant you make it to render into .avi cuz i need it in a video not in pictures.. im making a blender movie and it would take me at least 2 hours to put 1000 pics into a program and make it into a movie...
This about this is, that it runs without blender fully open, it acesses blenders files and from what ive noticed has helped me alot, its very handy and doesnt fill your screen, also you wont have to worry about closing one of the blender windows by accident etc
You mean make it an official port, or a separate project that you help me with?
Also, my computer is sort of working as it should (I can't use my sound or graphics card) so I'll put up the code on Nystic once I get to the Beta phase.
nice but i was rendering a 100 frame animation but forgot to put that so it still was going for the 250 so when it got to a hundred i closed the program but it kept rendering, but its still a very good program
and questian can I use it while im using blender? for example as Im working on making glass and I hav to keep rendering the same object over and over to tweek the glass to how I wanted to be. can this make the rendering faster?
Hey Super3boy, I think this is a really good program. I will definitely give it a try. I can't wait to see it completed, so I can split the render time into thirds. By the way, I was just wondering, how were you able to upload a video with 17 minutes? I thought you were only allowed 10 minutes. Thanks for making this program. =D
Well this project is really for my to practice C#, and learn at the same time. When I have gone as far as I want to go with it(give it a month or so), I will probably will release it or at least most of it. I also would like help in porting it to Linux and Mac. Subscribe to the blog, I will release it there when I am ready.

Well, my Linux computer isn't working quite right.
Also, be aware that it will be nowhere near as advanced as FF12.

Can't wait to see where you go with this. Since it's in C#, I take it there's no direct way to port to *nix yet?
darkmojojojo 2 years ago
Could you make it an adobe air app
juggling4jesus 2 years ago
No. This will remain in C# unless someone wants to port it.

super3boy 2 years ago
Awesome your very smart because even fast computers have a hard time rendering large items thank for all your help you've helped me a lot!!

Well check out my tutorials, and try it again. I try to start at a really basic level so everyone can understand it.
