@GuitarPro6tutorials sorry, I mean if you have two notes or three played at the same time, if with those very notes you can get the chord where they come from, I don't know how to explain it further, hope you get me.
@LightOurFire Highlight the notes then press the letter a. This will bring up the chord tool with a suggested name for the chord located in the bottom left. GP6 names the chords accurately. Hope this helps.
great videos, very helpful but how do you end a measure to start a new key signature with out having the "natural" notes; as if it was one piece of music...meaning if I have 4 different exercises on one page with different key signatures how do you add an "end bar"...any help would be appreciated, thanks.
@nojaf Try highlighting a section of notes and then click on the Scale button on the guitar fretboard. When the scale tool opens up look in the bottom left hand corner and click on find scales from selection. In my experience it's best to highlight a few notes from a solo part or whatver you want to learn. The accuracy will vary depending on the notes chosen and the scale that GP6 chooses. I find this tool invaluable and very accurate. If you need more help, please reply.
Hi, I've just a question: how do you navigate with the right arrow like you do at 2:32? If I click on the guitar fretboard I can navigate only with those left and right arrows on the top, but it's inconvenient! =( I have to use the keyboard.. Is something you have to enable to do this or what?
@Sbiadito I used the left and right arrows on the num keypad. Please make sure that you have the numlock on the keypad on. this is most likely the fix for your problem. Let me know how you make out. Thanks
@GuitarPro6tutorials The problem was that I've installed it on Linux Ubuntu, and the right arrow did not work since I've clicked on the guitar fretboard. On Windows it works.
Update: Please check out the bulletin on my channel regaurding getSatisfaction. This is a great place to ask questions and post ideas about Guitar Pro 6 software. The Arobas team and community there are very helpfull. My alias there is musicman. Hope to see you there. Thanks
@GuitarPro6tutorials Ok thanks! Ah I've found out the problem was that on Linux when I select the guitar fretboard it disables the buttons on the other window... that was the problem : \
is there any way of getting the chord from a note or two notes?
