I used to watch this show on 4kids. I recently started watching it again in YouTube, however I watched the Japanese version with English subtitles. Unfortunately, I can't find any episodes higher than episode 71, so I'm forced to watch this version. Some of the voice acting sounds kinda cheesy to me now. At least when I was watching the Japanese version I couldn't tell if the voice acting was bad or not.

Yep,Kawasaki was voiced by the late Maddie Blaustien who did the original voice of Meowth in the 4kids versions of Pokemon before Pokemon USA took over the dub,Maddie also did Yugi's grandpa as well as Helga in dinosaur king.
