yh not bad, but ventsi's right, take out Al, put in Mg, it would defonately make it better

Hmm, not bad for a start of a propellant.

If you want to make it better, I'd say take out the Al, and add in 5% Mg, that should take care of the "chuffing". Also 1% lampblack should give it a smoother burn. Not so sure about the sugar and if its helping or chocking it up either.
