  • Day three here, too.

  • When does your body begin to 'eat' your muscle tissue?

  • this is great because its the same way i feel! I turn to the taste of JUNK to "feel" better, its so bad because it really just makes me feel worse when im not eating it.

  • How much water did you drink daily - prescribed (gallon) amount or just as your body naturally desires? Thanx.

  • Work on improving your diet. Soy is not a healthy product. Get a book called "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon.

  • I totally understand, when I used to do water fasts, I used to get flashes of : Lasagna! or whatever. It's funny that you get the same thing.

  • I'm on my second day, which I read is when your body temporarily uses up some muscle tissue while switching to burning fat.

    I've not made it past Day 3 before...but I have done diets close to fasting for longer periods of time...

    I'm just worried that I will never be able to eat very little forever. So my goal for this fast is spiritual more than anything, because I'd like to find a way back to myself, to be happy without outside stimuli.
