Hmm i got even worse.. when i play after about 15 min i get a bsod.. or a hungup.. afterwards i got blue artifacts.. :\ I thought nvidia was a propper brand? Pftft i should of stayed with ATi
You should try cleaning the graphics card, and reseating the heatsink. To do so, remove the heatsink (attached with screws, e.d) and replace the thermal paste. That will help.
Just a update on my situation...I contacted XFX and explained everything and they RMA'ed it and I have a replacement now and it works great. No problems at all...It is definatly a problem with the card itself, not a driver/software conflict.
i love this game !

That almost certainly looks like a hardware problem. Glad you fixed it.

I have it(COD4) on the PS3, heh. But as far as WW2 shooters go, I think COD2 for the PC is the best, hands down.

Timb4, yes it is a hardware problem. It may be caused by Overheat or TOO MUCH overclocking of the unit.
earthquakeroats 3 years ago
It was never overclocked and it was brand new. I hecked the temps on the GPU while in games and it was nothing out of the ordinary.

I had the same problem in world of warcraft, it was because i was using 16 bit, and not 24 bit in the game :P
