The graphic designers of this, In The Hunt, Perfect Soldiers, and other Irem titles with similar graphics went on to found Nazca Corporation, the company behind SNK's Metal Slug franchise.
@1983parrothead I know. I love their work. Unfortunately, they never gotten much respect over at IREM, and the company was facing financial trouble, so that is why they left IREM to form Nazca. I wish that SNK didn't buy them out. Because now they cannot make their own company OR make their own games, (like a sequel to Undercover Cops) SNK ONLY wants them to do Metal Slug. I have no problem with Metal Slug, I too am a fan of it, but I feel that SNK should've never bought out NAZCA Corp.
