One thing I saw in this was that Darcy only had one pose, more or less. It would have been better if she'd moved more. But other than that, this is really awesome, especially for something done on Paint. You've got some talent.

PAint for drawing each frame (picture) , Gimp for adding sparkles on each picture and Movie maker to keep it together....

( one transformation needs about 120 pictures/frames)

I worked on it really long and i know it isn't so smooth like it should be, but i is really hard work to do something just like the original ( In cartoon company there is several people to do one scene - I did it all by myself....)

And i will not do anything like that for some time. When i'll finally finnish my exams ( next friday) i will restart work on my own Cartoon wjich i started a year ago... and i want to finnish it now ;]

Next i will work on my Flash animation ant then i'll produce a new magical cartoon with Transformations and all that stuff ;D
