This song was on the album Sol En Si' Released only in France. It was recorded during the Made in England recordings. It is hard to get unless you know someone in France. I hope they re-release it here.

You can't buy an outtake. They don't appear on albums. Sometimes if a CD is released in years to come, it will include outtakes. The reason only 11 songs or so make CDs is so other songs can be used for b sides, exclusives, pre orders bonus, and re-release. Greedy isn't the music industry?
This is a great song, possibly better than any that ended up on the album. And since you can cram 80 minutes onto a CD, what is the point in leaving it off of a CD that only includes 45 minutes of music?
My opinion is the same as your's! I watched an interview with Elton from 1997, about "The Big Picture" album. He said that "Live Like Horses" was written by Taupin for "Made In England", but Elton's opinion was that it doesn't go together with other songs from that album, and he left it. Fortunately two years later song appeared on another album. I hope that once upon a time a new album will be release - with all songs like "Red", B-Sides and all other rarities.
