the problem w/ cases as this is you cannot prove if the US would've been safer or not had the CIA not used waterboarding.
I don't know how the CIA waterboarded but making someone believe they're going to drown is torturous to me, but ONLY the President calls it ONLY in instances where the intended victim is known to have vital info.
O'Reilly's atom bomb analogy is DUMB. If this is war, why don't we bomb the FUCK out of the Afghan/Pakistan border and every other place known to board terrorists?
