  • YES!!! totally agree, one of the greatest bands!!!! Their music is so sensual and it's just so different in style, I love them!!!!

  • INNNNNESSSSSSSCAAAAAAPABBBBLE!!!!

Does anyone remember that guy who kept shouting for Inescapable to be played at the London Astoria gig in 2001???

  • This was the first thing I ever saw or heard from the Cranes and was instantly in love. This song hasn't aged a bit. Just perfection in every way. Might even go so far as to call it my favorite Cranes song of all time.

Saw them live in 92 Helsinki concert when they were warm up band for the Cure, then a few years ago in Tampere where they did a little gig.

Thanks for putting this video up here!

  • long live dreamm pop

  • whats the fuck is dream pop? jajajajajajaa allison mi bella donna, sati

  • Absolutely one of my all~time favourite bands! I had the pleasure of meeting them in New Orleans around '97, they were very down to earth and very fun! Allison Shaw had throat problems at the time, so I never have seen them live :[

  • Acabo de descubrir (gracias a youtube) a esta poderosísima banda y estoy emocionado. ¡Lo que me había perdido!

    music instruments into pop....

  • her voice is so powerful

  • ... I wasn't pissy at all...

  • The Cranes? Genius. Just pure genius. I agree with the below poster. These guys stand head and shoulders above others in this 'genre'.

  • And what genre is this?

I looked it up, and it said they were "gothic rock" ......

  • It's gothic rock, but more on the side of Dream Pop, or shoegaze.

  • Oooh, ok. Thanks. Although.... I've never heard of Dream pop ot shoe gaze before O_o

Oh well... they still rock! =D

  • Cranes are amazing.I adore that style of music.

Look up Cranes, Dream pop, and Shoegaze on Wikipedia

    I'm sure you'll find a lot of bands that you'd love ^_^

  • Dream pop?...jajajajaj what´s that?

  • I had the rare chance to see them live in Orlando, FL a few years back. They were amazing. If you have the chance, don't miss it for the world!

  • contrabass passion..

  • I love it. Unique

  • I how I love Cranes...

I saw them once, in Berlin, 2004. Was so happy. Tears came to my eyes and I spoke to Alison afterwards. THe best thing ever!

  • -my fav' CRANES vid. Alison Shaw blows the dang house DOWN with that eternal little girl voice!

  • Thanks for posting this!

This song is my favourite Cranes-song. I was SO happy when I found it on CD some years ago(The EP Collection)

  • more please

  • I've loved the dark and brooding even before the Patty Smith group first made the scene. A lot of "Goth" type bands around since then, but few have had that special "something" that really, really clicks. For me Cranes stood head and shoulders above the rest! (not that other bands aren't really great too!) Thanks for viewing and for the + comment.

  • It's very bauhaus like, really like it, man thanks for putting so much fottage of one of my favorite bands ever
