  • Tripods have multiple heads and keep your camera steady. Now don't bother watching this video because I have just told all you need to know.

  • thanks that was heaps of help also he had a pan and tilt head on that tripod they are great for if you do a lot of video work but are also ok for still photos but in a lot of cases a ball head would be a better choice if you take alot of still photos alot easier to get the right angles just for anyone that wants to know =) anyway thanks again for this great vid =)

  • Instead of a cable release, you can also use a short delay timer. Most digital cameras feature a 1-5 second delay which will do nicely in most situations that you'd need a shutter release for (though not all).
