The third option is for there to be discrimination and countries to leave the euro and the ECB to act like a proper central bank? :) One should be careful of trying to artificially 'materialise' dependence in a form of one size fits all exterior communal ism? Not all ingredients in the food cupboard are used in a recipe?

One can recognise dependence without putting your money in someone elses bank account as 'proof'? So how does real dependence manifest? Clearly not this way :)
