@SayuriLady I don't pray to anyone but my maker, he is in all of us, he hears and knows all. I don't believe I need to go through any mortal man to get to the lord, my maker. The religions whom were constructed and reconstructed by man, all have something in common, our maker. Before you make judgements about another religion, you should research into it. A lot of what you were stating are things I hear from protestants all the time and I they hear it from other protestants. You need to listen to the other persons POV before you make judgements.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Although I am Protestant, I will pray for that situation.

There was an episode of 'Touched by an Angel' which dealt with the subject of the Catholic/ Protestant violence in Ireland. The whole episode was quite moving, especially a scene towards the end of the episode when Monica (Roma Downey's character) reveals herself as an angel to two Irish youths on different sides of the conflict and gives a desperate, heartfelt plea for peace.
