I don't know a thing about Taylor Momsen but I love this look. :) I was thinking during your tutorial, how does she pick out all the colors? It seems it takes me forever to decide what colors to use. I noticed you used several palettes or was I just thinking there were several. I think the colors you choose are just right. This could be worn practically anywhere and could be made more intense for night. Great look Julia! :) ♥

Their Rewind 06 Pliable Styling Paste seems like it would work in a similar way :) KMS California Hair Play Molding Paste might also be good, and it can be bought online and shipped internationally.
