Pretty sick dude!! And everyone commenting on how they look small, you are retarded, they look small because he is so far back... I bet half these "jokers" couldn't juggle oranges :/
Nice KB juggling bro! I think part of the reason some ppl were doubting the wts you used is b/c your vid seems to be "squished" (ie: shot it 16:9 and rendered in 4:3 maybe?) so everything looks a little narrower IMO. But good work with the KB's!
@Zendefone Haven't benched in forever. Recently deadlifted 475lb. Haven't maxed out in squats in awhile. I do them but I'm not built for them. My guess would be low 300's. Press was 170 last time I maxed.
i agree with tapfitness, they look small like 12kilo and 16 kilo. And he does much more on his left side. that wat amateur looks like. def not pro. maybe he intermediate. im 165lbs and juggle two 32kilo kettle. each hand got one. this guy don't impress me.
@LegendaryStrength I have my friends who take videos of me not to post them. i will flip 16 kilos one set of 850reps. and ur flips are slo slo. i flip speed sets of one minute flipping kettle 68times per minute. there is no good reason to put it on youtube. ppl will get hurt if they try it. or try flip where the kettle actually flips twice in the air (720degres for you). If you post a video trying it. then i will consider just sending you a video of it. as long as it looks like u won't hurt u
@Adrenaline2121 - That sounds awesome... post the video dude! I'm quite confident that ppl won't "get hurt" because of you posting your KB workout. Look forward to seeing it!
@LegendaryStrength - Amen to that... makes me sick when guys start dissing other trainers / strength athletes on YT, especially when they refuse to share their own vids. Shut up and lift! Those who are truly strong usually show more respect.
Actually dudes like Vasily Ginko, and this dude /watch?v=NJlLvwpcJ8s& are as pro as they get, and they can be clearly seen to favour sides for moves.
Its a young activity overall, so being above average its impressive to A LOT of people. This dude is spreading the word on something good. Youre just talking yourself up.
on the other hand. "please rate my video 5 stars" LOL- for that.. you get 1 star! Ha!
@bobwatters then you miss out on the benefit of working out unsupported. Working out barefoot causes your toes to stablilize you rather then a cushiony sole, therefore you end up using a lot of the muscles in your ankles and feet, that mankind has neglected ever since they started coming up with expensive running shoes. man used to walk around barefoot without a problem
I've almost exclusively used solid cast iron bells over the course of my kettlebell career, infact the only time I've ever had the chance to use or handle a pro-grade bell is when I did my AKC certification course. I stand by my statement that that looks very small, no bigger than a 12kg. I know this because I use a 16kg solid cast iron for a lot of my own juggling, sometimes I use the 12 for newer techniques.
I use a 24kg and sometimes a 32kg for my standard workouts. I'm not some KB newb that doesn't know what sizes look like, or the dif between cast iron and pro-grade bells. If you want to prove/confirm your weights do the same as the guys posting videos of heavy bottoms up presses and such. An uninterupted shot of the technique followed by display of the weight stamp.
@user190037121 lol you say that knowing you couldn't do that worth a shit. its not that hard to...move your feet out of the way if you drop it. and a running shoe isn't going to protect your foot that much anyway

Look at the weight of the kettlebell, its not something most people cannot do with some specific training, most of the time he's moving it by its own momentum as well, not his own physical strength
While it is true that momentum has some bearing in his workout, the throws, catches and pauses are pure strength. Also, look at how he is utilizing his back, his legs and knees, his shoulders. This is a real workout he makes look deceptively simple!
Manipulating that momentum takes a lot of core strength. Try throwing a 53lbs KB behind your back without toppling over, it's much harder than you think it is.
who cares what the guy looks like? fuck, people are stupid. forget about his hair, this is not a fashion show. look at what he is DOING for chrissake!! then go try it - pussies!!!! LOL
Amazing. A jaw-dropper. I have Jeff Martone's H2H video, but this seems to have taken the concept to the next level. I've never seen anyone throw the 32 kg around like that. Makes me want to grab my 16 kg and run outside. Wish I had some sand!

Pretty good dude! Watch the depth of your swing (not below the knees) and for all the shoe comments, kettlebells are practiced barefoot!
