Whoa my bad, I checked IMDB. I confused Bill Campbell with his cousin Bruce Campbell, who was in 2002's Spider-Man. Still, Bruce is only a year older then Bill and he looked pretty old in the 1st Spidey movie. Billy Campbell's IMDB photo has him looking like a very youthful 52 year old, so I guess he has good genes.

It's weird how much Bill Campbell aged in the 10-11 years from this (1991) to 2002's Spider-Man. Here he looks like some kid, but in Spider-Man he looks very middle aged.
