I really thought this song was written post Altamont because of the Lyric about " Thank you for your wine California ...Thank ya for your sweet and bitter fruit and I hid the speed inside my Boot!" but since it was recorded starting in 69 I figure it's coincidence cause singing this throughout the 72 tour MJ seemed to be making the point....Got to scrape.....
