Well, people don't always need to feel good after seeing (or in some cases, reading) something. Sometimes the shock route is the best way to get a message across. In this project, we get a glimpse into the paranoia that the anorexic mind creates.

The title "Perfect Diet," in my opinion, refers to a psychological eating disorder that is litterally taking over her life and everything around her. The destruction of her self reflects the nature of the aneorexic mind, and the sewing of the lips is her concious decision to destroy herself in the hopes of losing even more weight. Just my observations. It's awesome that you're interested in film at such a young age. Dedicate yourself and keep with it, you'll succeed.
