A lot of cops may believe they're there to protect and serve, they are the good ones, but unfortunately that's not true. Police handing out fines and taking pictures of dead people really doesn't make me feel safer in the slightest.

Its alot easier for cops to pick on kids. They are much easier to bully around, mislead and intimidate and usually have a less working knowledge of their rights and the laws.
