Yep, this is the non-brushless, XL-5/Titan version.

A 7-cell pack has 1 + 1/6th the voltage of a 6-cell pack, so you can expect to get just under 1/6th more speed (just under because of the added weight!).

Rustler is better for you,mostly i would say stay stock or upgrade to a Fireball Venom motor.the Fireball Venom 13x2 will be good topspeed and RPM.Probaly hit around 35/40mph+ easily. you will not find any brushless systems for less then 100$. maybe a motor or a ESC ,but why bother on buying them 1 at a time?...

The bandit is better and faster on road and in fine sand but the rustler is better in the grass and rocky terrain. As for the rustler being more stable I dont think it is. My bandit takes big jumps alot more level thank my buddys rustler. Both great vehicles though.

How level a vehicle is over jumps is a factor of the suspension setup and throttle control. The Rustler & Bandit should jump the same if set up equivalently. Where the Rustler pulls ahead is over rough terrain, like you said, especially when turning, where the wider footprint helps a lot. The Rustler gets jostled far less around over bumps, hence the note about it being more stable.

It entirely depends upon how you drive. The runtime can be as low as 8-10 minutes, or as high as 1/2 hour.

Oh man, that's a really tough question. They share a LOT of parts, but they're very different beasts. It depends on what you wanna do. The Rustler handles way better and is faster, but the Stampede can be more fun to jump and also handles rougher terrain.
