This video is really poor. you can barely see the pastry.... the guy is confused and unclear .... messes up the whole thing... and does not have the vocabulary to explain what he is doing.... I am sure anyone could do better than this without preparation.....

This was terrible. I've seen other bread videos and I can do a better job. I made a braided scali bread last night and did way better with the braid.

Seriously, you should not be doing any instruction video like you just did. This was really bad. You should have started the braid at the top of the table and then pulled the outsides in starting with the right side ( I am right handed) and then when you connected the braid, you should have pushed it through and then pinched it a little. Wow, wow, wow. This was pretty bad. Please don't do this again.

dough is kind of difficult to braid, though, as it wants to stretch under weight while you try to do it, so it's not very easy to get a tight braid
