Kinda you see its pretty hard to go both ways. If you want to go backwards the only way you can do that is to go through a worm hole thats all we know of but if you want to go forward I dont want say its easier but it is because you have 3 options this time :) You can go through worm hole or If approach the speed of light then it slows down time same as if you got caught in a black hole.
