I stumbled upon this jazz diva by starting with Nat King Cole (Huh?) And she is marvelous! Unique, clear, perfect pitch and timing.. she has a gift. Now, this type of 're interpretation' jazz, well, you either like it or you don't. I doubt if Gershwin had THIS in mind when they first wrote this song, but what an inventive way she sang it.

She is a good singer and a pianist but she's choosing the wrong arrangements... the pieces are too.. have too much extra, if she was any kind of minimalist this would be a beautiful piece instead of just confusion

(superstar) to the 1000th power. Why is she relatively unknown here in the USA? No one can over-shadow her talent and presentation that I am aware of. I watch her stuff all day on Youtube and am moved to tears at her performance, every friggin time!

I don't know why she is not popular in US, but she already created an album with Al Di Meola, Stanly Clark and some other really well-know jazz stars. Maybe because she is originally from the former Soviet Union :)
