Ha, ha, ha! Those people who did this video created the nice image of Chill Penguin. I imagined him doing something like this. I remembered the battle between him and Mega Man X, especially when he slid through the ice trying to crash into Mega Man X. It did not occur to me that the pack would be the propulsion system. I liked how this bird used the Shotgun Ice although he battled X.

Look at the picture folks. He's swimming. Those are glacier platforms above his head. Also, though it looks like smoke, it's air bubbles from his propulsion. Probably just dove in.
