@met1138 I don't have a tab for this, I learned this by watching several live versions, sveral youtube cover versions and then I somehow put together what I liked. I only made a tab of the little solo at the end, as someone requested. If you would want that, let me know and I would send it to you. But i recommend you to download the video from youtube and use a VLC player, which allows you to slow down the video without changing the pitch. That is a great help when learning a song.

I've seen a few cover videos of this, Ithink you're the only one who has got the intro tone zeroed in - that dark, slightly overdriven sound.  Did you have your guitar's tone pots rolled back or is the tone from the FX? Which overdrive model do you use - is tone rolled down?

@tootone76 Thank you for the compliment :-) As for the guitar, I used the middle and the bridge pickup together, full volume, the tone knob at 10. I don't use FX, it is a Digitech RP80. The Amp model is "G2" (you can see the full RP80 setup bellow), and in the EQ section i suppressed the trebble down to 2. But it really depends on what you play it through, when I play through my VOX AC15, I get much brighter tone (and I rather use the neck + the middle pickup), but what you hear in the video is

Hi, your video is a great help but only bit i am stuck on is the small change in solo at 3.55 mins in which last for 14 seconds, i have tried various ways to plat this but just cant get it right and its a inportant part of the solo. Have look at loads of web tabs and none seem to make it clear, any chance you can solve the mistry for me. Looks like your baring the 12th fret with the 15th on the E and hamer on of on the B string 13th fret and occasionally on the G the 14th fret, cany you oblige

@U2Memoryman This song is pretty much "only" about finding the right amount of gain that suits you - a tube amp is of course much better than Digitech, but anyway , the preset of my RP 80 is: Pickup/Wah - OFF, Compressor - 7, Amp Model - G2, Noise Gate - G5, Chorus/Mod - OFF, EQ - b5, d6, t2, Delay - OFF, Reverb - H4. As for the guitar - I played the bridge and the middle pickup. I hope it helps
