thats not your parrot wisteling. when ozzie does talk you can clearly tell its differnet from the whistle, besides the whistle is coming from behind the camera.  if your bird does do this post another video

@theunholymonk just watch his tail at each note, it bobs with the effort, not to mention the muscles under the beak are moving with each whistle. I'm sorry you don't believe this video but I'm not going to post a billion videos of the exact same thing just to prove it to one person. You clearly know nothing about parrot vocalizations in that they make a WIDE range on noises.

Mine does the exact same thing. Its like they remember parts of the song....but not all of it. Mine is notorious for doing the Woo woo woot, WOOOOO wooo, Gimme kiss, woo woo, Then returning to Andy Griffith.
