I CANT play, inflate, and press at the same time... does my arm always need to be pressing the bag even when inhaling? i cant do that multitasking right now.. any suggestions?

@d1v4dPwnz When breathing squeeze the bag tighter to make up for the drop in air pressure, and relax when blowing it back up.

my instructor had me practice on the smallpipes to get used to blowing into them, and getting my mouth used to it

This makes me feel so much better! I just tried playing my pipes and was a total failure. The drones kicked in but I never got the bag completely inflated. I was told there is hope for me so I'm banking on that. Playing isn't as easy as it looks!

Thanks Ryan I needed that, it made my day!! I picked up my pipes for the first time 3 years ago after 2 years on the chanter. It took me at least three sessions to get as much noise out them as your got the first try! Keep up the good work.

you must suck at chanter. i only played mine for one month and then i got promoted to the pipes. you really suck at blowing too. also, you should have the blow piece on the right side of your mouth dumb shit.
