Wait a second... Was there a separate soap named Port Charles? Was Caleb (aka John) a vampire/ghost? PLEASE give me the scoop so i can try to watch previous episodes!!! This was SWEET!

And yes, there was a soap called Port Charles- a supernatural one. It was on from 1997 - 2003

@SKeletor99999- thank you!! :) I know, I am so ready for that...I wonder if they'll use the What If elevator scene as a springboard for a story with John and Sam- for when they meet (or meet again) and remember what they did together in that elevator when they thought they were dying (since that was the only skit that said "to be continued". It would make for instant tension between them (both the good kind and the bad), that's for sure! I can't wait to see where they take this.

@honeyphan2 that would be awesome, I never thought of using the elevator scene for a launching point. You always have the great ideas. The Caleb and Livvie poster has to be in the background of the elevator though.

@SKeletor99999 -Well, I was thinking more that it already happened. That now they'll meet in PC and recognize each other, remembering that night. That's how the look felt between them in the promo (though I know they cut it from other clips. lol) But they did it for a reason...or maybe they'll reuse the lines from the elevator ("Do I know you?" "Have we met somewhere before?") lol If SB decides not to renew contract in May, it could be the perfect launch for John & Sam- Josam? ;-)

@honeyphan2 they have to be together though, that would be akward if they are both on GH and don't even have anything to do with eachother. I am re-watching the elevator scene as we speak. There is just a connection between the two of them.

@SKeletor99999- I know, I agree, but there are many Jasam fans, and they need to proceed carefully. Like I said if SB (Jason) doesn't renew contract, then Jasam fans can't complain about ME & KM- but even if he does soaps are notorious for splitting up couples, and I think with OLTL's finale- Natalie looking weird when Jess asked about her & John (as if maybe everything wasn't all rosy) something will spark in PC. Long distance relationships rarely survive- some do. But it's rare.

@honeyphan2 exactly, soap couples come and go, anytime I turned on GH jason was with Elizabeth anyway. now that amc and oltl are cancelled, can I ask what soaps you all watch now?

@SKeletor99999 - General Hospital is the only one- and the early days of Port Charles when I get those clips from my DVDs ready for posting there, since I never saw the show when it aired. I used to watch Y & R and DooL - but I needed to cut back time-wise, so quit them 2 years or so ago and just stuck to 3 soaps that held my interest more at the time- now there's only one of those three left. Oh, well...

@honeyphan2 agreed. I gave up on Days when Belle left for GH and Mimi left for One Life. Would be nice to watch PC from start to end.
