@theillbreed well the theory is 5 layers of 200 bars with the same rhyme scheme which allows you mix the different bars from the different layers to make whole new verses but its not really any bar with any bar (if you are referring to the bars of the song in general, anyway) but theoretically bars 1 and 2 match up on all the layers, so do 3 and 4 and so on and so forth.

Each verse has the same rhyme scheme and structure...for example(Note, I said example), 1 verse may say "hop up and down on one leg", while in the same part in another verse, you'll hear "Stop fucking around with ones' head". They follow the same rhyme scheme; it's like that for all five verses. This allows users to mix the verses in a mixer, nearly infinitely, and it will still rhyme.

In 2007 the mix count was 367 fanmade mixes, that's 1.3 days of PL Infinity, at 3 gigs. To this day, fans have made over 1000 PL Infinity mixes & counting. That is a phenomenal concept. An infinite rhyme...I can only guess all the mixes maybe total 3 - 4 days of just one, infinite song. If that's not an amazing feat, what is?

@theillbreed well the theory is 5 layers of 200 bars with the same rhyme scheme which allows you mix the different bars from the different layers to make whole new verses but its not really any bar with any bar (if you are referring to the bars of the song in general, anyway) but theoretically bars 1 and 2 match up on all the layers, so do 3 and 4 and so on and so forth.

He was probably inspired by french poet Raymond Quneau. He wrote "Hundred Thousand Bilion Poems" that is a set of ten sonnets which verses use the same rhyme scheme and sounds making mixing them into 'hundred thousand bilion' ways possible. Just as MikeydaPikey1 said it. People are MISSING the point. I'll break it down the same way it was broken down to me. Notice how Canibus says he mastered the art of RHYMING and not POETRY. They are different things despite being inherent. With PL he created verses with the SAME rhyme SCHEME & SOUNDS. What does this mean? It means that the verses can be mixed in LOTS of ways and still rhyme. It's truly an amazing rhyming feat.

Each verse has the same rhyme scheme and structure...for example(Note, I said example), 1 verse may say "hop up and down on one leg", while in the same part in another verse, you'll hear "Stop fucking around with ones' head". They follow the same rhyme scheme; it's like that for all five verses. This allows users to mix the verses in a mixer, nearly infinitely, and it will still rhyme.

In 2007 the mix count was 367 fanmade mixes, that's 1.3 days of PL Infinity, at 3 gigs. To this day, fans have made over 1000 PL Infinity mixes & counting. That is a phenomenal concept. An infinite rhyme...I can only guess all the mixes maybe total 3 - 4 days of just one, infinite song. If that's not an amazing feat, what is?
