The facts are because of vinnie the band at least have some stability. Schenker can't be touched and the original line up during the Strangers Of the Night release was awesome. To say we are the most loyal fans in the world we also never give anyone a break just hang on to the past. UfO wrote some classics and yeah Phil is getting on so what? these guys are in their 4th decade of trying to still give us some decent music. it's not Schenker clones they need it's repect. the year is 2010 peacex.
Vinnie's great, but he's playing ahead of the beat, Michael played this one behind, and they could've pushed this song into the stratosphere if they had a violin play the harmony on the solo with him. Overall Vinnie's a great player, but Michael's just better - not as technical as Vinnie, but then nobody really was back in '78, (now? who knows ) Michael's sensibility and phrasing is just, well, better ... sorry Vinnie, you're really good all the same ...

The guitar solo is done great, but a little *too* fluid compared to the way Schenker would play it. It's as if Michael makes you hear EVERY note in a solo, where other players slide too fast over the notes, but I still enjoyed it. Thanks!

I dont know what your saying gnagflow3 but if it's good stuff about UFO then mein frund I agree and if your not then unsprung dork technique too ya pal....UFO have always been under rated from the so called music critics in the 1970's who had not got a clue until Stranger's came out right up until today.This track alone proves what quality ballad's they produce and what a fine world class line up they have (past and present).

I will always love UFO.. Vinnie is good and trying to forge his own path. Schenker is THE man for sure but UFO has a new breath of life and I am glad about that.

Moore must always extend and change the original Schenker solo while the original Schenker solo is the best and don't have to be changed. This is also the case with all the UFO classics and solo's from Strangers in the night.
Michael Schenker's phrasing of the solo is better than Vinnie's. But it's a shame that Schenker can't stay sober. A tragic waste of a true virtuoso talent on guitar. Michael where are you?????
