Segregation was ruled a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Our founding fathers had the foresight to write our great constitution in a way that would protect minorities .The United States of America is truly the land of the free and home of the brave . Right after Lincoln died, President U. Grant and the Republican party prohibited racial segregation. It remained illegal until a Democratic court overthurned it and reestablished segregation for their fellow-dems in the south. It wasn't until a century and a half later in the 1950s that a Republican court ruled segregation unconstitutional, forcing legislators to pass a law stating the same.
Wow, back then black people actually seemed respectable and hard working. Now at days all they do is commit crime and complain about racism, and I use that term very loosey.

We beautful black ppl have more reason than any other race to complain about anything we wish as no other race as been put through what we have.

This is an AMAZING video! I've been looking at tons of civil rights videos to show my junior high students and this one takes the cake. I hope you both got an A+ for this!!! =)
