@mdkchen This parody wasn't made as a kick at TTGL. You'll notice it doesn't try to tear apart or contradict the anime. The point of Gurren Lagann The Satire is to point out that it IS a Satire, by pushing those themes into further nonesensicalness. The title itself even points this out; it's not "Here's my Satire of Gurren Lagann". It's "Gurren Lagann is a Satire", which most people seem to miss the point of entirely.

Beyond that, internet. The simplest reason can be "Because: bored."

You have no idea what's supposed to be stressed, and what's not; the reason a lot of people like Japanese dubs is for that reason, they don't understand what's exactly being stressed, so they think everything's being voiced well based on voice quality alone.
