I think Nuno learned the fingering right off the original track (from the piano - the first vocal note being c) then tuned the guitar 2 steps down to Bb. IMO this is the BEST guitar interpretation of the song

i remember watching this concert with my mom, who was a Freddy and Queen fan..she passed away in 2007 and watching this now just brought me to tears..great performance from a once great band..and who happens to have a Portuguese guitarist and musician as 1 of it's members, just like i am !.. ;)

Can you NOT SEE how winded he is from what he just did a few minutes before that?????? It is a Washburn EA22 as far as I remember and I'm a massive Nuno and Washburn fan,!! it's got a beautiful tone and is a signature acoustic model alongside the N series signature electric versions, awesome yet underated guitars

@guuiddoo The EA 22 was the "Nuno Bettencourt" signature acoustic. I think Wasburn only made it for a very short time. However, in saying that, I've only ever seen Nuno play the standard EA 20 version (without the "wing" inlays, and his signature on the headstock) I'm pretty sure the EA 22 and the EA 20 are basically the same guitar apart from the minor aesthetic differences I just mentioned. I've NEVER seen him play the EA 22 though(!)

Love it! A concert I really wish I had been at... Alas was only 11 at the time!! Great memories of totally wearing out a VHS recording off the tv!! Queen, extreme & guns & roses rocked that day!! & yeah maybe not pitch perfect performances, but from the heart & a great tribute to a true legend!!
