Recent events would seem to contradict your point. The New Black Panthers were tried in court and found guilty of voter intimidation, but the Obama administration chose to drop the issue after the case was won! If the ability to be found guilty of a crime and escape the consequences is not power, then I don't know what is.

Fox News pundits (such as Hannity, Beck and O'reilly), and republicans in general, are proud Christians and advocate Biblical laws. Well, in the Bible, God orders the children of Israel to kill their oppressors/enemies and the children and babies of their oppressor/enemies, in 1 Samuel 15:2-3, Numbers 31:17-18 and Deuteronomy 20:16. And Revelation 2:22-23 says that Christ will the babies of his enemies.
The Bible also says a lot about loving thy neighbor, forgiving your enemies and not killing people. No Christian leader in the present commands his people to kill their enemies or their babies, so your argument doesn't make a lot of sense.
All the Bible quotes above (except for the Revelation quote) are from the old testament which was before the coming of Jesus who died to save us. As for the Revelation quote, that end-of times stuff and he is talking about hell, not murder.

The Bible (NeoCon holy book) is filled with contradictions, which is why you can quote Jesus being a pacifist, while I can quote Jesus in Revelation talking about killing children. Another contradiction: Matthew 5:44 has Jesus saying love your enemies, and Luke 19:27 has Jesus ordering his disciples to kill his enemies in front of him.
Those are some reasons why I prefer the Quran over the Bible.

Both Herod in 40 B.C. and Archelaus in 4 B.C. went to Rome to recieve ruling Authority from the emperor. The people of AZ don't need the federal government's permission to pass and enforce laws. Fox News pundits (such as Hannity, Beck and O'reilly), and republicans in general, are proud Christians and advocate Biblical laws. Well, in the Bible, God orders the children of Israel to kill their oppressors/enemies and the children and babies of their oppressor/enemies, in 1 Samuel 15:2-3, Numbers 31:17-18 and Deuteronomy 20:16. And Revelation 2:22-23 says that Christ will the babies of his enemies.

The Bible also says a lot about loving thy neighbor, forgiving your enemies and not killing people. No Christian leader in the present commands his people to kill their enemies or their babies, so your argument doesn't make a lot of sense.
All the Bible quotes above (except for the Revelation quote) are from the old testament which was before the coming of Jesus who died to save us. As for the Revelation quote, that end-of times stuff and he is talking about hell, not murder.

So, in "fairness and balance" Megan Kelly should call on Hannity, Beck, O'reilly and other Bible promoters in her political spectrum to denounce the Bible for its comments of killing the children/babies of wicked rulers/people. And Revelation 2:23 does have Christ saying "KILL their children".

The Bible is a book and Christians do not go around calling on people to kill children because the Bible tells them to.
The full quote in the King James version of the Bible is: And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works." Once again, this is end of times stuff, not murder; it is Jesus judging people, not telling his followers to do it.

First of all, do you support the killing of white people and their babies? Secondly, it is common knowledge that when the teachings of Jesus are in conflict with other teachings of the Bible, we Christians must follow what Jesus taught. Jesus Himself said to stop the eye-for-eye, tooth-for-tooth law, for example, and turn the other cheek. You are so messed up.

The Bible (NeoCon holy book) is filled with contradictions, which is why you can quote Jesus being a pacifist, while I can quote Jesus in Revelation talking about killing children. Another contradiction: Matthew 5:44 has Jesus saying love your enemies, and Luke 19:27 has Jesus ordering his disciples to kill his enemies in front of him.
Those are some reasons why I prefer the Quran over the Bible.

Both Herod in 40 B.C. and Archelaus in 4 B.C. went to Rome to recieve ruling Authority from the emperor. There was a public outcry against Archeleus, who was unpopular and recieved a less comprehensive ruling mandate. That was not Jesus ordering the killings , It was pagans like yourself doing it ! You sound like a black Muslim convert, who is taught that the Bible is full of contradictions, but those who converted you don't tell you about the contradictions in Islam leading to the Sunni branch and the Shiite branch, whether to believe or not in the Sunna, or which of the hadith are genuine, among other discrepancies.

But God molded them into what they became. No other religious book in history has anything close to the historical evidence that the Bible has. Or Factual proficy. Any legislation proposed where there is not a 2/3 single party majority would require votes from the opposition right? Repubs are using this rule to their fullest advantage... the POTUS cant get anything done until they cooperate. Repealing DADT is not as easy as it seems even though it's for the benefit of our servicemen. It was a capaign promise which cannot be fullfilled without republican help. They're going to issue no votes based on politics. SAD

Immigration in this country is handled by the federal government as mandated by law. 1) ICE agents are specially trained and equipped to enforce immigration law the AZ PD is neither. Does the AZ PD have access to fed databases? 2) Any law that can potentially infringe on civil liberties of US citizens in it's enforcement should be scrutinized by the DOJ

The people of AZ don't need the federal government's permission to pass and enforce laws. Something Obama's apologists don't actually believe is that Governor Brewer will entertain this court challenge, but at some point she may simply ask the legislature to authorize her to tell the federal government that AZ no longer gives its consent to be governed.

@Gulfporter secession is unconstitutional... And besides, I don't think AZ can afford to, from a financial stand point. Also the AZ legislature is clamoring for federal help to securing it's borders. If they seceed AZ might as well fall under Mexican sovereignty. (Jan Brewer looks like a witch... eww) I'm turing 20 in august I hope my face doesn't look like it's about to fall off when i get to her age.

The Holocaust sucked, but it is illogical to blame all white people for that considering it was other white people (Russians, Europeans and Americans) that ended it. Conveniently, you can't add white and hispanic together in census stats, because hispanic is "of any race". But what it really comes down to is that white nonhispanics remain the largest single group and Caucasians will still be in the majority. Sorry to ruin your fantasy. Besides, the white and mestizos and asians will team up. Productive people will blend.

I deliberately used the word "caucasians" when speaking of the majority. The idea that nonhispanic-whites are the whole of the race is not only stupid it's ignorant. Mel Martinez and George Prescott Bush, along with a whole lot of Mexicans and other Latinos are caucasian people, but they are not included in the "nonhispanic white" figure. I have seen the same stats you are using. You simply can't count "nonhispanic white" as the whole of caucasian because the race is broader than that
