I can't speak for Keith but I can speculate about what he might have mean. I THINK he was saying that Hagee says he has some kind of link to God that is far greater than any of the rest of us.

We should remember that Hagee is a pastor. Why should it be surprising if he interprets ancient scriptures. Just find that scripture and ask other willing pastors what it means in public and see what they all say.
