  • Excellent stuff Professor, But for all us just beginning Kenpo I would love to see this in slow motion so I can practice along to the video.

Please keep up the good work.

  • Hey, thanks for putting this up. Needed it!

  • Punch too high It is a Center Punch , Hands Loose, Bad Posture,

  • WOW, can you look at my forms?

  • Heyy if you don't mind, i need Crane form 2, and Phoenix... :D

  • We only teach American Kenpo material, sorry.

  • :O!!! Oh well, thanks for putting this up anyway ^^

  • That was pretty good! I have one concern, maybe you can clear up. Long 1 is to show the Forward Bow, transitions, and offense. The idea of the Cat at the beginning is to teach proper posture and not to break your stance during the transition...plant the heal don't break the stance. I noticed that you break your stance at every transition. Maybe I'm just being picky, but when I learned this form, Mr. Planas drilled us about that point. Proper forward bows and transitions. Discuss... Thanks

  • The weight distribution for Cat stance is 10/90 so how can you do it properly without breaking "your stance" (as it is part of the form where I learned, which is from a former student of Ed Parker)? What exactly do you mean by stance? Your height? Your weight dristrubtion? Your alignment?

  • @New2yu2b break stance, seems I've heard that term before...

Do you mean that he lifts his back heel in the forward bow, or, do your mean that he lifts his back heel without putting it down in the forward bow? Just wondering what you were seeing specifically.
