the original long island iced tea recipe is 1/32 oz of all the white liquors( rum vodka gin and tequilla,)and a 1/2 oz triple sec. then add sour mix and shake.you should never serve a drink without shaking it or rolling it in a tin. after it is shaken you add the cola.
About the Gin you bought (Bombay Saphire).. Best thing World have ever produced. I get that always when I am on a cruise (also with some good cocnag).. In Finland you can get booze from the cruises tax free - instead of paying over 50% of alcohol tax =)
Why isn't there any cocnag in your bar? I'd thought that to be one of the basics.
Also - TYI: It is illegal to serve Long Island Ice Tea in Finland. No drink cannot have more than 4 cl of strong alcohol (over 22 %-vol) in it. That is a law =/
