I believe that evidence is there right now...God has created everything and the fact that your heart is beating and your mind is working, you have the ability to see...the list goes on and on. God gives us love. Unfortunately our free will allows evil to exist in this world. We are the cause of problems. Our christian God allows us to use our free will. Hi frid! I was wondering, what would acceptable evidence be, to prove there is a christian God? What would the christian God that I worship have to do to convince you that He is real, and not a figment of our imagination? If your response is: "there is nothing your imaginary God could do to convince me." Then that is ok, you need not respond, but if there is something, I'd like to know what your thoughts are. Thanks.

I would accept the same evidence that you would require to believe in the existence of Thor. That is something verifiable, ideally repeatable, that could only really happen if Thor existed.
The best example is if your god appeared to a large group of people, believers and non-believers. I mean really appeared, not just "was felt". The best thing is if your god appeared as a giant head over the 50 largest cities in the world.

You are just proving my point; that presented with the same "evidence" for other gods, you would dismiss it out of hand, but because it's your god, the same bullshit feels like real evidence to you.
Why doesn't your god simply appear as a giant head above any major city in the world and end the debate? Why is he so invisible and silent?

That is not evidence. Do some scientific tests in a controlled environment with an experimental group and a control group, rule out certain hypothesis, and present your findings to the scientific community for independent evaluation on your conclusion that the holy spirit is a real entity and THAT would be the BEGINNING of gathering some kind of evidence.

Go attend a church where the bible IS NOT ONLY PREACHED, BUT PRACTICED. Jesse DuPlantis has a wonderful congregation. He is a traveling evangelist. I've seen miracles before my very eyes. Just last week in fact, I saw a fella get set free from a debilitating medical condition he had for years and years. Other miracles: "Jesus Christ gives people a real peace and joy. Something that cannot be bottled, unwrapped or sold." It is an inner contentment and purpose for living.
