To download music there are two popular ways you should research. One is known as P2P (which includes programs like Limewire) which allows you to download single files or songs from other users. Another is known as torrents (I use uTorrent) which allows you to download entire albums, movies, video games at a time. Google those and good luck.

this song is originally the song "fighteous" on the album "ectopia" from "steroid maximus" (one of the projects of thirlwell) if you like it you should chekc out foetus (i recommend the albums "gash" or "flow" to begin with)
