If you look close you can see a gap in the line that they are sitting on and we both know there is no gap.This is why I question the quality of your camera . It is attempting to focus on what is there but can't quite get it. So now I'm assuming that the camera can't quit focus on the birds,either, producing this optical illusion,just like the gap in the electrical line is an optical illusion.

This is a digital zoom not an optical zoom, but I have seen other footage of entity's like this where the bird's wings are about an inch or so apart while the person capturing it is recording. You just need to look in the sky.
