You can tell she's hurt, then she goes to a place where other people are hurt. The girl swallowed their spit (they kissed). Then all those people stain her, take a piece of her clothes so they can get to her (she allowed herself to open up). She stains them. She gets carried away by her feelings and when she bleeds, she knows it's time to say goodbye.
