how to fix the economy, simple, stop using a debt based monetary system. Stop using FRNs and use what the constitution set forth as legal remedy for debts. and get our big nose out of affairs that have nothing to do with us. Stop screwing the sovereign citizens and the states they created, and go back to doing the job the fed gov was created to do, which was very limited.
