Although this fact is interesting, I have a better theory agreed on by many in my circle. 3D TVs are like watching events outside your home through a window while sitting back 15 feet. Who wants that? That's why people sit in the window to look outside and I'm not going to sit that close to my TV. The theatre experience will always be better because you are more fully emersed in the 3D experience. I'm sorry, but that's something even a 100" TV screen couldn't mimic
IMO: False 3D is ugly. I don't see people getting that interested until they are offered real HD 3D holographics.
