A great comment from this clip. "Virtual reality bites". Regarding not only that human emotions can not be satisfyed online but also as "bites" is a measurement used everywhere in the online sphere.
I'm so sad that this is the end of a great character. This was like her last speech, explaining her whole emotions throughout this season. The writers totally 360ed her character, shes so reserved, secretive and sad now. I love how Chloe kicks ass through watchtower but I miss the cute, spunky reporter from Smallville. I wish the writers could of given her a better write off, one with a little dignity and not like her heart broke
@EthLover93 Her heart did break. I think we're forgetting that with everything Chloe's been through, she'll never be that same girl. She was catapulted into this AU of superheroes and as she said in Masquerade, she ended up defining herself through causes: "intrepid reporter, ISIS, watchtower, etc. And amidst all that, she got her heart broken not once, but twice. Clark, over and over, then Jimmy. It's hard for her to go back to her old persona when that part of her is almost gone.
@abbyinertia I agree it's just sad to have watched the show for so long, it's like you grew up with the character and now she's so different. But in this current season, with her new relationship I think she's startng to think more of herself and getting back to the old Chloe. Not completely but there is definitely some spunk in her
Would you please post the scenes between Martha Kent and Tess Mercer at the
wine cellar, and the parts where Tess was being interrogated. Hexzek didn't bother with either of those storyline segments when he posted his files for HOSTAGE last night - probably because they weren't Clark-Lois material. He and others tend to forget the show has other primary characters that we love to watch.
this is such an underrated and beautiful scene between these two.

So that's what Clark meant when he told Oliver "She was planning to go" Why didn't Clark tell Oliver about the conversation him and Chloe had then.

@HV2LS This scene had nothing to do with Chloe planning on going. She only planned to go when she wore the fate helmet and saw the future.

I wanted a super hug... lol
Ah well ^^
I still think Chloe needs to tell Clark lots of other stuff she's done... but this was a good start... :)
I love Chloe and Clark's relationship <3... I hope the writers bring them back in the few episodes AM has left on SV!... :)
