once again, you lucky folks coming out of the salina/lindsborg woodwork never cease to amaze me. Must be nice to live in the place to pursue a tornado chasing dream!

I lived outside of Assaria when this happened - I was only in the 2nd or 3rd grade but I remember how scared I was.

Thank you for sharing this. We live on one of the farm steads hit by this tornado. I have been looking for pictures and footage for quite awhile now since we bought the place.

Rough video but it brings back that day! I was about 3 miles NE of the storm in this video and got some good pics until we hit the basement. It missed us by 1/2 mile.
