Hulk is the strongest Marvel character (he even conquered planets and completely annihilated all of Earth's heroes/villains)

Wolverine is almost unkillable, for if he dies, he'll somehow manage to revive himself. The whole point of Wolverine is that he's atoning for his past sins by living in a never-aging, indestructible body.

Both are great characters, but Hulk would win ANY fight (but some of the Heroes/Villains he'd be unable to kill)
