  • I do respect your opinion but I will say this keep in mind some fans (such as myslef) like the orange bricks because that's the dub we love. I am a huge fan of the series and I do think it wasn't a good idea to say we aren't true fans if we don't get a particular version,

  • If it was not for the cropping and black bars the orange brick would be the better one? it has multiple audios and subs and music scores! should i just stick with the bricks ?so confused! Help!!! And after all this bickering other people say the original aired and sold japan episodes tell the true real story! so confused!! bricks seen to be doing the job to remind me of show but want remember or think of it while out havin a life and working

  • Bdub i wana kick it w u

  • whats your favorite DBZ series?

  • Correction, DVDS can hold unlimited resolution videos. However, DVDS can only hold up to 4.7GB of data whereas a blu-ray can hold around 25, since more pixels=more data, the requirement for a high capacity disk rose, and the HD disk was born. Other then that slight mistake everything else was great :D

  • Orange boxes are better bruce faulconer music rules

  • no bruce bmg on dragon box man

  • i like the orange bricks better because i really dont see a differents in the footage. Beside i like american music better

  • @zalmute agree 100%

  • the blue rays are suspended

  • Orange is,better

  • Japanese Dragon Boxes on my channel!!

  • its tempting to buy a dragonbox but no bruce faulconer BGM lol

  • i can live without the 20%. when i first watched it i hardly noticed so.

Dragonball Z was and practically still is my childhood. But with the stupid economy the way it is I can't get the money to buy whatever the hell I want, so the bricks are the most affordable. Also with the Orange Bricks (forgot to mention I guess?) comes Marathon feature which skips the opening credits and ending credits after each episode. pretty nice indeed

  • Yes, I do know what you are saying

  • I like the orange box better. They're not expensive and i'm just a casual fan. Love the series, but im not guna whine about cropping.

  • I'm so conflicted. The orange box is cropped, so Dragon Box is the way to go but I wish the english dub had the Bruce Falconer score as I love that music! However, when you claimed you like it I am willing to give that a go. Will get DB Kai blu-ray regardless. It is a beautiful remaster, and I consider it a separate entity entirely.

P.S. Great video. Well done man. Apart from when you claim the Dragon box was originally 3grand, I think it was $1,100

  • AMEN

  • Here's my dbz history..bought the whole shizz on vhs..bought the whole sagas on dvd again piece by piece saga by saga (not orange bricks), NOW i buy the bricks because I don't have the Saiyan and Namek saga Uncut and then decide to just get the whole damn thing on 9 season sets...Didnt buy dragon boxes kai or blu rays and why??? CUZ IM BROKE AS FUDGE!!!

  • Great review. Hope getting the blu rays. Orange Bricks Will Keep Because My old man Bought first season sets.

  • best anime ever dont care what anyone says.

  • Hey BDUB I know Im SUPER late but I just started getting the Dragonbox and I found out that dragonbox 2 is hard to get. Now I did manage to get my hand on dragonbox 1 and i ordered dragonbox 7. Do you think I should get the rest even though I cant complete the collection or is that enough? I have the orange bricks btw

  • @SuperSolidStrife dont worry if you stay on ebay i bet the second dragon box will pop up :)

  • level 1.1 FTW!

Are you doing a review on them?

  • @s0nic777 Yeah i did a review like 2 months ago lol check it out.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster

Sweet, I just picked up 1.1 and 1.2 today

Can't wait to re-watch all 291 episodes as they come out again, I'm loving this re-master.

I can't stand cropped anime that we're never meant for 16:9

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster the orange brick are better now they did it again

  • I just wrapped up my DBZ Orange Brick set a couple days ago. Listen, I understand the cropping might be annoying to some people but for me it's not a huge deal breaker. The point is to be able to re-watch Dragon Ball Z whenever. And I'm able to do so ( with an awesome "marathon mode" ) too. If I'm able to ( because I hear the Dragon Box set is out of print already ) I may eventually spring for the Dragon Box Set. I-CAN'T-STAND DBZ Kai... it's not the DBZ I use to know in love, period.

  • You know... Thats all well an good. But to be honest, i dont mind owning 'the orange brick' sets. They have original voice option as well as fit well on my tv.

I dont want to buy the same series over again (Kai possibly) and if i risk losing my 'hard core fan' cred by not buying it again then so be it. Besides, in my book anyone who still likes dragon ball z (myself included) should be considered a hard core fan as it is now clowned on at every con.

  • I respect your opinion, which is very factual but no one can justify my fan craze for Dragon Ball Z. Unfortunately I've started off with the orange bricks because I was craving so bad for DBZ in my collection. And now I'm gonna have to finish my collection with it (only 4 boxes left to get). I will say though that the DBZ "orange" special movies (minus Broly/Future trunks pack) are cropped without issue, since the movies were kept with 16:9 in mind so you're not missing any picture there.

  • Another reason for the cropping was because there was excess glue and the like on the tops and bottoms of the frames.

You have good points, and I am a hardcore Dragon Ball fan, I respect your opinion, but I'm collecting the orange bricks (as well as the blue and green ones) so I can have the complete series, and the quality is fine for me. Blu-Ray is out of my price range, as well, and I don't have a PS3 or Blu-Ray player either.

  • BDUBTheAnimeMaster are they going to make more of volume 2 yes or no find out please

  • thanks a lot BDUBTheAnimeMaster one more question why does volume 2 for the yellow brick cost a lot because i want that volume baddly

  • @MrBEASTMOB That volume is out of print so it might be hard to find that one at a good price but keep looking out for deals.

  • where is it better to buy the yallow brick on ebay or on amazon,,,,,answer soon

  • @MrBEASTMOB Amazon.com is the best option.

  • Do you feel like Kai by re writing scripts and filler has taken away from the series or made it better?

  • @builtwithbrokenhands I feel that kai makes the series more close to the manga but their are some filler moments in dbz i did like but nothing to major to take away from the dbz series plot.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster Do you know where I can buy the "Orange Box" that contains Bruce Faulconer music in it? Because the recent one I bought was an "Orange Box" from Amazon but it had the U.S. Broadcast Music... and if selling will it say Bruce Faulconer music on the "Orange Box" ?

  • @Est1990s The U.S. Broadcast Music is the Bruce Faulconer/Nathan Johnson Music also the Faulconer music stars on episodes 68 -291 and the Nathan Johnson music is in episodes 1-67.

  • i've been torturing myself for a few weeks trying to figure out what I wanted to buy. I prefer the Faulconer music, but I also want a quality picture. I decided to buy Kai on blu ray because I get an awesome english dub, plus I like yamamoto's music. (bummer he had to plagiarize). I'm also going to be getting the DBZ levels when they come out but that'll take a while, so in the meantime I think i'm going to buy the orange bricks used on ebay then resell them when that sagas blu ray comes out.

  • I wish they would release every episode in just one blu ray disk.

  • I don't understand I have all Orange brick seasons show me 1 scene where lines got cut due to grain removal?

  • great review! ;) i have dragonboxes 2, 3, and 4.

i'm planning to buy the rest of them soon because the picture and sound quality is awesome! i complete agree with you about he 4:3 picture frame.

  • Can u rev the DBZ ultimate uncut colection?

  • @Mariorox10 Sorry i don't have those DVD's so i can't review them.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster o. k. i understand.

  • I will buy Kai once all the boxes are out, as of this writing part 7 of Kai is not out yet.....and also is it true that Kai has been cancelled?

  • @Berto0391 yes it is true that kai was canceled it only goes to the cell saga.

  • Dragonball Z 1.1

  • BDUB just laid down the pecking order

  • Nice review! I think the Dragon Boxes are by far the best version, its DBZ the way it was meant to look. I still am bummed it's not in 2 huge-ass boxes though... I know splitting it into 7 is cheaper but it sort of loses that 'epic' feel lol

  • Dragon Box all the way!!!!

  • Hello, I enjoyed watching your video. This really helped me figure out what I wanted to buy. I was very eager to go buy DBZ on DVD but I heard about the dragon box. So I did some research. I went to all the stores in my local area and NOBODY carries the dragon box! I had to go to amazon to order it. Although I could instantly have DBZ in my hands from the local video store they were all the orange bricks.. I didn't want to buy these cheap, unsatisfactory versions. By watching this video it trul

  • I actually watched the entire 291 at DBZepisodeorg. The ones I watched were the remastered I believe. I loved it because that's what I watched first. I like that your not losing footage with the Dbox. I HATE though, since I grew up on Faulconer... and I think at the beginning Menza? Music. It was like a job half done... I think FUNi had a dispute with faulc. I just wish Faulconers music was on there. That's why I dont want Dbox. Maybe I'll buy both if I get the money :'(

  • nice review

  • Very thoughtful review and comparison.

  • What happened to the original FUNimation dubs, that they showed on Toonami? I mean, sure, they changed the quotes & whatnot, but I still experienced the same DBZ experience. Why can't FUNimation can't release those dubs in a boxset?

    Great vid btw

  • @DJBrokenHigh Technically, the Funimation dub would be the Dragonbox. The music would be the orange bricks, and Kai is Kai. If I understand correctly.

  • will get the dragon box sets after i get the rest of the dragonball season sets. quick question, will you be reviewing the new blu ray dragonball z sets that are coming out?

  • @Maztuhmind yes i will.

  • i bought all the orange box sets then they started DBZ kai and i was like wtf? i like kai and i hated some off the filler but some was awesome, like when piccolo and goku had to learn to drive. im not sure if i wanna get the dragon box sets coz im sure there isnt much difference from the orange sets, just the music? oh and i bought DBZ GT and that sucked! i hate that stupid show. PLEASE MAKE A NEW SERIES!!! like that one movie that had vegeta brother. that was cool!

  • vegeta should be on the front of Dragon box one.

  • stupid question but i hate funimation openings so does the orange boxs or the dragon boxes have the cartoon network openings like rock the dragon

  • @Spencerwalker21 nope It does not have the cartoon network openings.

  • god i love that haha "im a grown man so i can buy whatever i wanna buy"

  • am old school so am getting dragonboxes and orange one!

P.S nice vid man really great work / detail!!

  • i really don't have any interest in dragonball kai at all.

  • @Mariorox10 you mean the unfaithful funimation dub before they redubbed in Kai to be faithful ? Lol wow.

  • The original Dragon Boxes were around 1,000 bucks each, but apart from that this was a great vid.

  • the original funimation dub is best

  • i always liek the funimation music better then the japanese i guess its because i grew up watchign the funi dub so i really dont see no reason in getting the dragon boxes alltough it looks really nice

  • Can anyone tell whether the Dragon Box has the original Ocean Dub version.

  • @koentaya no just the funimation dub

  • Very good review bro. like you im a true DB-DBZ-DBGT collector. so im gonna buy everything that comes out. i would love to see a remastered set with all the orginal japaneese footage and music with the japneese dailgue translated into english dailgue. that would be perfect. plus with all the tuch ups like DBZ kai.

  • is the kai series going to finish the whole DBZ series or just up to the cell saga

  • @brobi44 sadly only up to the cell saga

  • the only reason i like the orange bricks more is the american music..otherwise i would sell them and get the dboxes

  • Great video. I originally had about 3 orange bricks. I am working on purchasing all dragon boxes. Dragon boxes are my favorite. The remastering is top notch, film grain actually adds character for me. We are watching an older animation, so to me it's more appropriate than sterilizing the video to death.

  • whats better the yu yu hakusho blu ray or the season sets?

  • @wilczynski100 the yu yu hakusho blu ray

  • i went with Kai personally. While DBZ is classic ill wait until the price drops more. Id rather have a superior dub. better quality and musical score. plus Kai does all the characters justice and if your and English dub fan like myself, the corny one liners are gone and the script is more accurate and more adult. doesnt mean down the road i wont buy dragon box for my collection though

  • god i want those dragon box for the dragon books but i already have all the orange bricks.

  • I think I'll get Kai first since I've always liked the manga more than the anime, or at least the original Funimation dub I watched as a kid. That, and I've seen a handfull of scenes and really like the updated voice acting, especially Frieza. I always thought he sounded a bit silly, but now he really creeps me out. In a good way, that is. I'm in the process of learning Japanese so I'll probably get the Dragon Box later on. Thanks for the video. It was actually very helpful.

  • Personally I have all three as well, I can't really say which I like best since I like each for different reasons. I also have the original DBZ single disc releases from the early 2000s and VHS tapes of the Saiyan and Namek sagas (Ocean Dub). I have the series many times over lol.

  • only reason i had to have the bricks was faulconer

  • I've already gotten the bricks. XD Though I might buy the Dragon Boxes sometime in the future. I already have too many other things to buy right now. XD

  • do they curse and shit in the dragon box version? and is there more blood? i guess what im asking is if its uncut?...

  • I'm gonna get the orange bricks first because I love the Bruce Faulconer music. Then I'm gonna get the Dragon Box's for the true remastering and original feel. Then I'm gonna get the Kai Blu-Rays and see which version(s) I like best. Especially with that Amazon sale going on.

  • The Dragon Boxes receive too much praise in my opinion. Yeah they are nice, but come on. I love the orange bricks. Marathon mode and US dub music? YES. The widescreen is actually good imo. People always find something to whine about.

  • Do the recent Dragon Ball blue bricks have the same problems as the Dragon Ball Z orange bricks?

  • @mogadean no the Dragonball Blue bricks don't have any problems

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster sorry to ask you this question since you already answered it but I just want 2 be sure,so you're saying that the Blue Bricks doesn't have any problems with the lines? because in the orange bricks, you said theres missing lines.and what about GT? I just want 2 be sure theres no missing lines in the Blue Bricks and the DBGT COmplete seasons set,and since it's remastered, is the quality as good as the dragon box, btw can you listen 2 the english dubs with jap BGM on Blue n DBGT ?

  • @SteroidsAreStupid the blue bricks are good quality but the green bricks has some issues like a little blurring but its passable until a dragonbox release if we get one

  • i already got all 3

  • selling my orange boxes

  • Nice explanation on all three versions of DBZ! I was laughing when you kept making it seem like your viewers are retards though (get it through your heads, people!) lol.

Anyway, I'm going for the Dragonboxes. It's DBZ how it was meant to be seen at its highest quality possible. I'm getting those but I'm going to wait until all the boxes are released before picking them up so that way I can get them all with a 2-3 week interval instead of months like people picking them up right now have to do.

  • I wanna get either the Dragon Boxes or the Kai dvds but i'm not sure. The Dragon Box is the ultimate DBZ set but the Kai dvds seem a lot cheaper and i dont give two shits about the season sets so which one do you think i should buy? I want the FULL experience but i dont want to spend a lot of money, and i dont want crappy picture and film quality.

  • @mikodood1 hmm.. tough question well if u want the full experience get the dragonboxes it may be a little more pricey but its worth it but if i want a cheaper option then get DBZ Kai.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster

Hey man maybe you can clear this up for me since you have both the Dragonbox and Orange Brick(s). The Orange Bricks are supposed to have the REVISED English dub which is one of the biggest parts in me not liking the OB's. I want to be able to relive watching Dragonball Z on Toonami back when I was a kid with the ORIGINAL English dub. Does the Dragonbox have revised or original English dub? Also for someone like myself would you recommend the Dragonbox or OB's?

  • I'm so sorry. I LOVE Dragonball in everyway, but I HAVE to have Bruce's music in the back with it XD

  • Im not a fan of Bruce Falcouner's music at all(the 1st time i watched dbz since i was like 8 I watched it with the japanese music anyway(I was 8 about 9 yrs ago)) so wouldnt bother with the orange bricks.

  • KAI AND THE SEASON SETS SUCKS!!! DRAGON BOX FOR THE WIN!!!!

  • Okey whats up with kai, is it gonna be like 99 episodes or are they gonna continue in the future? If the dragonboxes just had the bruce faulconer BGM it would be the best box, I cant stand the jap music.

  • Quick question, to anyone who wants to reply. All the season sets are uncut/"remastered" and everything by default, right? I'm kind of confused because some boxes I see have a little logo that says that they include: Ex. "Includes 900 minutes of uncut action!". Others, don't have the logo..so yeah. That's my question, thanks to anyone who replys! Sorry if I sound dumb :P

  • Im currently working on the original blue dragon ball box sets but afterwards im heading toward the orange DBZ sets because I have to watch DBZ with bruce faulkners music its how i grew up with DBZ but afterwards il get the dragon boxes to have the true picture but i doubt il be getting kai since i loved the filler for DBZ, no bruce faulkners music, some voices changed, etc.

  • Like it

  • "And the fact that, you know, I'm a grown-ass man. I can buy whatever I want to buy" Hahaha! Good stuff. Thanks for the review :)

  • ugh. i want the dragon box but i like the english audio but i really want it on blu ray but i hate kai

  • On the orange bricks the super saiyan hair looks white more tan gold

  • dude my question is who's playing vegeta is it brian drummond, or christopher sabath, and the guy that's playing goku is it the first goku or later goku voice.

  • dragon ball z and dragon ball z kai are both awesome in there own way and i own dragon ball z orange box sets and dragon ball z kai parts 1-4

  • gettin' me them dragonboxes ASAP. I gave Kai a chance, and I know it's petty, but I could not STAND Bulma's new voice actor. Gohan's was pretty terrible, too. The only new voice actor who wasn't awful was Freiza, but I still prefer the Funimation dub Freiza.

  • The black guy cusses

  • The black guy wants affordable

  • Assult of the nerdy black guy. My eyes will never bleed the same way again.

  • hey everybody ive got a decision to make but its difficult i have seasons 1-3 of the orange box sets but i kinda want to get the dragon boxes and i know that there a limited release and i have to decide if im going to sell the orange box sets on amazon and buy the dragon boxes or else collect all the orange sets can you guys help me decide if so reply or inbox me of what sould i do p.s. im already collecting dbz kai cause its awsome

  • Dragon Ball Z Kai is 4:3 on the Blu Ray I have.

  • Those orange brick boxsets are awesome. I already collected 2 of them for 39.99 and will collect the rest. I did and unboxing.

  • how dare you call your self a "hardcore dbz fan" if you dont like the filler episodes, if you dont like them, then why do you give a shit if parts are missing from the orange box......common sence!

  • @jfluff95 lol relax I care about missing footage because it is tampering with original footage the filler is not bad but i prefer a fast pace story plus i want dbz to look its best.

  • can you do a review on the dragonball blue box set later or dagonball gt box set?

  • @fu40000 yeah i will review them in the future

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster cool :)

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster it's the future now and you still haven't MADE ANY REVIEWS ON GT OR DRAGON BALL WY MAN COME ON do it or i take away your title as Otaku and CAST YOU OUT BDUB

  • @Darksiders412 lol relax i don't have the boxsets yet i will review them when i get them.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster DragonBallGT FOR THE WIN MAN!!!!!!!

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster hey, are the dubs from the Dragon boxes the same dubs as the orange boxes? and by the way, since it's remastered frame by frame, is it HD? and does it looks a little bit like Kai or Kai just looks way better? and I have another question, I am a real dbz fan, I have all the mangas, and I bought all the dvds of DBZ Kai, so do you think I should buy Dragon Boxes? and sorry to bother you with my questions, by the way I love your review, now I know the difference, and it's clear.

  • @SteroidsAreStupid the dub from the Dragon boxes is the same dub as the orange boxes, the remastering on the orange boxes is not HD but the footage has been cleaned up a little and cropped to be 16:9 and I Think you should collect the dragonboxes because they are awesome!!!

  • can you do a review on the dragonball blue box set later?

  • I really wish they would just release this shit how it was & how it was meant to be, and stop pissing around withchanges that nobody wants.

  • I'm with this guy, I'm collecting all three cause each one has there own unique feature and together u get all the experiences of dbz.

  • I prefer Kai no filler, better quality, better voice acting what more could I want. Nice review by the way.

  • I got Kai and im waiting for dragon box 1 and 2 in the mail

  • Are the subtitles and dub the same on both, the remastered and Dbox?

  • @Quiknfast yes

  • Comment removed

  • @TheLewis110 thanks

  • dragon ball z kai is not 16.9 it 4.3

  • Thank you! for the video this help me disced on buying the dragon-boxes. This is the 2nd time I have to buy the dragon ball series because my dumb-ass brother give away all the vhs to goodwill for free and didn't even know until it was too late! Thanks bro!

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster , in order from 1 - 3 what's your favorite since you like all the dvd sets!!!

  • @SuperSaiyanSkys77 from 1 to 3 Kai,Dragonboxes and the Orange Bricks

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster You are a total fucking bellend! Your going on about people being true fans and common fans, your a true fan? Bull fucking shit! You are infact a wanker, yep just a complete wanker. You put Kai, the american version 1st as your favorite version because you are a stupid fucking yankl! So you are not a true DB Z fan you complete prick. Stop talking about shit you don't know.

    Peace

  • @Joshx999 lol don't get mad because of my opinion Relax and try some constructive criticism next time instead of mindless Rambling lol.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster Haha! I'm not mad you idiot. It just ennoys me that your sat there in your fucking room trying to be some bright guy, and your not. And your are not a true DBZ fan. So just shut the fuck up and don't bother making these reviews.....wait.....actullay keep making them, because my brother and I have quite a laugh watching you talk utter utter fucking shite! = )

    Peace

  • @Joshx999 lol i thinks its pretty pathetic to continue to watch someones videos u don't like i guess u have no life.

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster I think you and the whole fucking United States are Pathetic.

  • @Joshx999 lol You still MAD LMFAO!

  • a question about the voice dub in the season 3 dragon box. in the orange bricks version of season 3 vegeta's voice is deep and it sounds like hes got a fucking dick in his mouth. but way back when funi first started dubbing dbz his voice during the frieza saga was higher pitched as he was trying to imitate the original ocean dub voice actor. which voice do they use in the dragon box english dub? the one they used in the orange bricks or the first original one that was used before bricks released

  • @FrozenBladeOfChaos the Dragonbox uses the same dub as the orange bricks

  • @BDUBTheAnimeMaster okay thanks

  • I HAD A GOOD TIME WATCHING THIS I CHOSE THE ORANGE BRICKS AND DRAGON BOXS

  • This was an incredible video. I follow DB Kai while it's airing in Japan and I plan on buying the Blu-Ray release of it.

  • I know what a collector is but what's and otaku.

  • Two main notes, this is by far the most in depth review i've seen and its amazing how many people you actually reply to when they ask questions.

There was only one part I slightly didnt get.

I'm going to be ordering my first 3 parts of Kai on Blu-Ray this week, and is the footage on the blue ray the original 4:3 or the 16:9 that was cropped for Japanese viewing? .. I think its 4:3 by the way you desribe it, but just want to make sure. I'll be ordering them regardless =)

    Thanks

  • @SSXTake2 ... Ahh never mind it's 4:3, I found the answer to my own question =)

  • DBZ

Pioneer (Different dub done by FUNimation using Ocean Cast)

Singles (Never Completed, huge gap between ep.27 and ep.68)

    Remastered Season Sets

    Dragonbox Season Sets

    DBKai

    DBZKai Singles

I never really saw DBKai as the same show DBZ. All it is to me is just a remake that uses stock footage from it with the same footage.

  • WOAH Wait no bruce falconer music in KAI???

  • You know what i think i also am going to buy all three i like the picture quality of the Dragon Box and all the added stuff like the dragon book i prefer English Dub and Music (Orange Season Sets)And i like the Blu Ray Quality of the Dragon Ball Z Kai even though it doesn't come with much else just the Two discs THANK YOU MAN And Dragon ball z IS worth Buying 3 times i hope they do the same with Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT

  • I'd say you'd be wastin your money with the remastered orange box sets. :D

  • Hey bro!!! YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!! This is the most complete explanations about how different these editions are... I really apprecciate this because I'm just a teenager and I love the old animes more than the new ones and classics like Dragon Ball should be preserved like gold besides I was looking for the best information in order to know what edition I should buy because I was saving money but now I know it!! Thank you very very much man I'll recommend your site to all my friend!! :) DBZ 4EVER!!

  • @MegaARTHUR29 thanks

  • when they did the orange box, did funimation also redid all the sound for all the sagas? or just the vegata and namek saga?

  • Are the single DVDs that were released by funimation back in the early 2000's have better quality (without that DNR stuff that took away a lot of the detail) than the orange bricks? I like the Bruce Faulconer music, that's why, and am not sure which one to get.

  • @RaineyWM not really those DVD's were badly encoded but it might not bother some

  • im deffinitely getting Dragonbox sets, im getting the first one next week and then the other 3 in upcoming weeks, can't wait till all seven are released and am glad i didn't get any of the orange boxes, nice review, you got all the points across, deffinitely a video for a person that's thinking of purchasing dragonball z on dvd.

  • 2 Questions:

    1) Do the Season Sets have the opening and closing credits?

    2) Are the Season Sets still watchable?

P.S.-This is one of the best DBZ reviews I've seen. Great Job.

  • @JDB012993 thanks and to answer your questions yes the season sets have the opening and endings but no Japanese text and the season sets are still watchable if u don't mind widescreen

  • @JDB012993 I just ordered the first Dragon Box, I hope I'm not disappointed.

  • KAI! FTW
