  • @TheTrollTime tax the rich, dirty billionaires need to pay their workers more

  • ...more. Then again I suppose the 'fair share' line sounds better than oh say the truth;

    'its time the rich pay more b/c well they have it & I dont b/c I frivolously spent trillions right when I took office that did nothing except raise the debt. So clearly I can be trusted with other people's money so cough it up & fix my screw ups'

  • The problem I have with Obama's plan is right from the start he's bullshitting us.

    His ongoing constant argument is the 'millionaires & billionaires' which oddly enough includes anyone making $250k a year to be not to mention if you & ur wife make that collectively then ur millionaires.

    Next its always with the 'its time they paid their fair share.' Fair share? They already put in most of the tax dollars. Not tryin to sing the blues for the rich here but lets be real he just wants them to pay..

  • @mikedd it was so pathetic that the McCain had these "poor whiners" (making at least a quarter million a year) - and they had these sob stories of greater taxation..., i can hardly believe they used this approach in a campaign advertisement, the reverse of what obama is trying to do ( HELP THE POOR) -so BOOO HOOO, OH POOR BABIES making over a quarter million a year and paying almost 11% more in taxes - it was so pathetic.

    and sure, a quarter million times a few years equals a million, right?

  • @glorp896

    When did McCain do that. Poor whiners?

    Actually since half goes to taxes it would be like 8yrs granted they didnt spend a dime of it. BTW jackass people above 250,000 is basically every small business owner, so u tax them higher & goodbye jobs.

    How noble of Obama trying to help the poor, since more people than any other time in history are currently dependent on govt. So its more like help people get poor.

  • @mikedd56 it was during the campaign for prez, hardly run much - i'd like to find it for you, feel free to look for it... tell me if u find it...

    sir jackass, if quarter millionaires and beyond in one year of work is not good enough for you, minus the extra 10+% tax bill then fuck you if u fire one of your employees JUST to maintain your super rich status...

    how noble of obama to try to level the playing field and have labor paid WHAT IT CREATED or closer to that without owners taking most

  • Isn't it something like 5% of the population holds 95% of the wealth?

  • @Ninety9Soulz In 2004, the wealthiest 25% of US households owned 87% ($43.6 trillion) of the country’s wealth, while the bottom quartile held no net wealth at all.[3] - thats from wiki's WEALTH IN THE UNITED STATES

    seems laughable that the whole bottom 25% have no quantifiable wealth? impossible of course, but thats wiki for you...

    your stat is more like stock ownership:

    i'll give u a link, but it doesn't have a 5% listing, but it does have the top 1% = over a 1/3 of stock owned,,,

  • @Ninety9Soulz "The richest 10 percent own 85 percent of all stock". - thats from:

    "The Wealth Divide: The Growing Gap in the United States Between the Rich and the Rest" (Edward Wolff, 2003), and yes, thats 2 Fs...

    in 8 years things can change alot, so it may be closer to your guess these days... maybe u could find the more up to date figures...

  • EPIC failure!!!!!! Someone worse than Jimmy Carter.

  • Who determines what YOUR Fair Share to the communty is? I would like to meet the person or group that knows how much I can afford to DONATE so the government can Spread the Wealth.

    Why is it that nobody talks about Property Taxes? Now there is a system that is hurting the middle class. Taxing Districts don't know what a recession or out of work means.

  • @mutts4ever oh and don't forget Rush limbaugh, sean hannity and neil bortz as to the ghost visits...

    but really u could just look at the FORBES 500, why not start with that CARLOS SLIM guy, richest man in the world, and in a country that has SO MANY 3rd world features... sick sick sick... he should be spanked, if only ghosts could spank people!

  • @mut whats amazing is that the stark contrast of wealth and class is worse than ever, slaves and masters in the antebellum south were much closer to each other as to standard of living... she DEFINITELY needs the scrooge treatment... ghosts and all...but i bet she isn't as mean a penny pincher as scrooge was - scrooge was a bitter greed machine, whose hoarding was a function of vengeance on humanity -and of course the rich love feeling superior, its like predestination and god rewarding the good

  • @mutts4ever LOL, she aint that bad, besides it was the John Steward crew that went after hobos (Rob Corddry)

    of course the unremitting wealthy LIKE to think the dream is alive for all, and say that is so to assuage guilt... but just look at small business failure rates... most would be better off working their wage slave jobs and saving every thin dime... the rich MUST pay more... this alone may be why i vote for obama - he is the only prez in my life to really go after the rich... i love it!

  • This is just another Excuse to allow the MUD STAIN to side step his real Job

    ```
    GOD DAM AMERICA will be his 2012 Campaign Slogan
  • Larry for Pres! Darryl and Darryl for Vice Pres's
  • all of congress are millionaires why would they want to raise their own taxes
  • Watched the full Obama speech to bad cant comment there pretty good Fred Astaire song and dance and agree to a degree that everyone should be taxes equally.. Unfortunately most of the so called Millionaires and Billionaires have sheltered income in Foundations and overseas accounts. This will have little effect. The last time the tax code was so called stripped down by Reagan it became a total nightmare. Only a flat tax will work. The speech is code for they plan to tax us all more.
  • Best class in school, Economics. No one cares.
  • Keep taxing. Let me know how that works out.Oh wait, I'll let you know. Hold on, no I won't because I'll cut my internet off because I can't afford it. No I won't I'll cut back on alcohol/beer wait I don't drink. Smokes? No, don't smoke. Saved while the economy was good 02-07 lived in a dump apt. w/ wife and 2 kids. Waited for housing to drop. Bought Feb 12 2011 and now housing is still dropping and I'm under. What the fuck! It's all politics not economics. Best class in school Economics.
  • Obama!
    Why are 12 million illegal aliens working in the US when 15 million Americans are out of work?
    That is TREASON!
  • @Sixdoub its pathetic he hasn't made this a PRIMARY point... maybe he can hire a few million of those CITIZENS that are unemployed to go after the employed illegals, what a concept!
    just move into those beaner illegal jobs - mono y mono... walk right up to the boss and say, "DOES YOUR BEANER HAVE PAPERS? HIRE ME OR I'LL HAVE U BUSTED, and by the way, CALL THE INS TO HAVE HIM DEPORTED, thank you" - something like that? we really do have to PROFILE and be racists about it or they won't go away
  • 1. Taxation is criminal theft/robbery.
    2. Buffet pays more than his secretary because of the corporate theft 'tax' he does not mention; he is lying so he can do more fraudulent investing in cahoots with the federal State and block all of the productive entrepreneurs--whom they both hate--to the benefit of Statist plutocrats/oligarchs such as himself.
    3. The Bahamas has no corporate/capital gains/income/inheritance theft and they are doing better than they could under any system with them.
  • The problem is world wide ...putting a monetary value on Anything Anywhere is Over Taxes the rich the poor ...get over it !!! services rendered time put in ... 6.98 billion people All Have to live together As One.. the first to Believe the First to come up With A Plan Wins..Fail... Mankind dies on a rock .... To bad i thought Humans were smarter than that !!!
  • Is the US becoming a communist nation now?
  • @Aaaaarrg if the rich keep hoarding their wealth and don't invest it in jobs then who will? eventually some force needs to come into play, why should we be keeping almost 10% of the work force alive if they don't produce? do we really want to keep paying their unemployment compensation or put them to work? only capital will put them to work - either the capitalists can find ways to do this or we can tax them and have government create work and jobs... thats the idea behind taxing the rich
  • @glorp896 The rich work harder to get their wealth.
  • @Aaaaarrrrrrggghhh QUITE the opposite, they are not on an hourly rate and THE SKY IS THE LIMIT, like ladylordess says... so thats just stupid/insane impossible propaganda - they MAY have worked smarter for a while, but then after awhile they dont even have to think beyond signing checks to themselves, in fact they don't even have to do that - they can just spend money which requires virtually zero brain power or working hard... beyond a certain level of wealth u don't have to DO ANYTHING!
  • @glorp896 But a lot of people are on social welfare and are lazy. They drink and use drugs. Shall the rich pay these costs for them?
  • @Aaaaarrrrrrg well, maybe just a little ;)
    actually i really want to reward labor - i've often thought that charity should be for productive people, with very little for the losers like u mention... over 40% of charity goes to churches! and that is a big tragedy to me.. what a waste! losers indeed! so to answer your question - maybe i would rather save someone's sense of sloth an indulgence before i would try to fool them into thinking i'm trying to save their soul by giving to a church...
  • @Aaaaarrrrrrg i have often given to bums, even those using the honest approach: "i'm just begging for beer money."... because i feel some kinship having been a hang out on the streets on and off during youth and even now - as a punk rock hang out and just reading outside on benches, in parks and around the city - i feel comfortable enough just hanging out sitting drinking my slurpee near a convenience store - but its made people think i'm a drug dealer, even getting gang signs flashed my way
  • @Aaaaarrrrrrggghhh feel free to quote "THE MILLIONAIRE NEXT DOOR" all u want to me, but at some level of wealth u must concede its has nothing to do with YOUR work, its the fact that u get OTHERS to do the work and u suck up much of their wealth creation having your name on it paying them hourly rates... so the only way to really get VERY rich is to have many other HARDER WORKING people work FOR YOU... sure, u can work hard no matter what, but at some level u don't deserve what u are getting!
  • President Barack Obama is now the undisputed “Worst President in U.S. History.” He can place this award on his mantle next to the Nobel Peace Prize. :-(
    As President, it is clear that Barack Obama is dangerously in over his head for he has no executive experience, no business experience, and no real world experience. As a Chicago community organizer, he has been thrust into the most important position in the world without the necessary skills to handle this crisis.
    SOMEONE ELSE 2012! :-)
  • @paulstrong123 LOL @ "the most important position in the world "
  • THAT OLD RICH MAN " IS TRYING TO HELP SOME RICH OTHER PEOPLE TO ONE DAY MAYBE TO SEE GOD " AND NOT GO FALLING FAST DOWN TO HELL " I THINK ? "
  • Did you really need to upload the same video 3 times, AP?
  • THAT WOULD NOT BE SMART BECAUSE IF HE WERE TO TAX THE RICH LIKE US then A BUNCH OF US WILL GET LAYED OFF CUZ THE PEOPLE THAT ARE MILLIONAIRS ARE THE ONE'S KEEPING AMERICAS ECONOMY AT A PULSE
  • @adamsalas2009 then incentivize job creation and investment in jobs, but how long do we continue to make the rich richer? when do we start redistribution? when the first trillionaire exists?
    there are TRILLIONS of dollars on the sidelines NOT being invested in new jobs, if capitalists won't do it then government can do it for them
  • they cant take it with them
  • Obama is great...I can't believe in US you have so many poor people without medicare ...millionaires paying less taxes than the others!..USA is no longer an example of democracy... maybe it never was... living here I can see a decaying country...Tocqueville understood, in US there is a dictatorship of democracy... At least in china choices are take for the good of the most not a minority!
  • @lollotro we have been a plutocracy for a long time, just look at all the rich fuckers running for president - who has enough money to run a solid campaign? - even that silly little funny talking Ross Perot almost got 20% of the votes, which u can do when u r a multi-billionaire
    the tyranny of the majority that Alexis spoke of has never happened... we have a representative republic that caters to wealth more than not... and who wants a government of the average? i don't. china has billionaires
  • Obmam seeks my foot up his ass
  • OBAMA FOR EX-PRESIDENT 2012!!!
  • Go to AWAREOFTRUTH. COM---For an Alternative view.
  • cant we all just get along. Percentage is fine and was nothing never wrong with it. NOTHING!!!
  • Pssst....Best years of my life; professionally ~ personally ~ socially ~ ??
    Was when: I paid more dollars in annual taxes than the annual salary of two full-time school teachers.
    I'm just saying....
  • the mans makin change!
  • Of course congress is coddling billionaires. Who the fuck do you think gets them elected?
  • "There's no reason for anyone to be a Billionaire" - Theodore Roosevelt
  • @Matthew0161 You have little understanding of how economies grow. The more rich people are from the result of growth and innovation. I paid $800 for an exchange for a computer that I value at least that much. My life has just improved. I didn't "lose" $800, I just exchanged it.
  • @gotitans999 Thats not my quote...
  • Obama raising the income tax saying it will raise revenues shows how ignorant Obama is about "rich people" (not all people remain rich their whole life)but Obama does not even pay attention to his own partner in crime, Warren Buffett. Buffett makes $100,000 a year salary,so his tax rate would not be impacted by an income tax hike.Furthermore, Buffett makes most of his money through capital gains & dividends, taxed at 15-20%.Buffett knows this, & his own company owes back taxes!NOBAMA!
  • @BlackRepublican2010 You sure do know your politics!! Good job! Are you voting Ron Paul in the primaries?
  • Hussein Obama cant pass E verify yet he is president. The US is screwed.
  • This will be the final nail in the coffin for the US economy. Say goodbye to the stock market. Tomorrow will be ugly. Everybody will be pulling out and many jobs will be lost
  • @tipuppy2011 Not only is your prediction wrong, but to even think this fraud of a president, who is really working with the GOP, would ever get a tax hike on the rich passed through this corrupt congress, is ridiculous.
    You're thinking Corporate taxes, business creates jobs, not the rich. Income taxes are different, and being most rich people invest in market and only have to pay capital gains taxes(0-4%) on much of their income this would be a shock to them, but not leave the country shock.
  • @TheUSMobaetalhead Obama is going to raise capital gains tax from 15% to 35%. That is what is being proposed. This is tax on money that has already been taxed. Yes, it will crush our economy. Obama is getting what he wants.
  • Around and around. Seek with no intention of finding. Get elected and break promises. Obama..same game again.
  • Wow... this is surreal, even the 3rd richest man alive is saying congress is "cuddling" him by protecting his money... WOW! It's like a rich person coming back to the store saying "I feel guilty, I'm richer and you charged me less than that poor couple". Boehner is a fucking coke head, just look at his drug abused face! Cries about anything because he's dope out paid for junkie.
  • @LosAngelesWeedSmoker Well, if one man says it then it MUST be true and MUST apply all across the board. Good job talking about drug users with a name like that. You must be smarter than all of these politicians and all of those wealthy individuals that worked hard for their money. Yes, you should be in office.
  • WTF is "wealthy"?
    I don't trust this motherfucker.
  • @763873 I heard the tax raise was going to people making $1 million or more. Not a 100% sure if that's true, but that's what I heard.
  • Want to be really fair? Step #1 Eliminate totally all income taxes. #2 Impose a new fair value tax caculated on net worth. There are an estimated 10 million millionaires in the US alone. Many get away with paying little income tax. A fair value tax would take them to the cleaners and produce tens of billions in revenue. Middle class would pay a fair share and the poor next to nothing if anything.
  • One thing that lay people always confuse is tax RATES vs tax actually paid. It makes no difference what the rate is IF once you earn a certain income all kinds of tax loopholes open up to you. This is why the effective tax rate on corporations is 6% (what they actually end up paying) not the tax "rate" of 35%. BTW that's the lowest effective rate (actually paid) since the 50's. How dumb do you have to be to figure out who, and why it is this way?
  • One of the fairest and simplest "tax hikes" that would only apply to the truly rich would be simply to lift the ceiling on FICA taxes. It is absolutely insane that those that earn the most get a break and pay absolutely nothing once they reach the federal taxable ceiling which is currently just $106,000. That means fat cat CEO's, movie stars, tv personalities, professional sports players, etc. only pay FICA taxes on their first few checks and the rest is tax free. How nuts is that?
  • Our center-right president is doing something progressive? Not in my book!
    Too bad there's no way this'll make it passed congress.
  • Campaign Obama is in campaign mode. I encourage people to read more into this 'proposed proposal', it's surely a fraud. The wealthy are not and will not pay their share of taxes.
  • If the intent is to stop coddling the super rich, an increased income tax by itself isn't the answer. A graduated capital gains tax - perhaps in addition to an increased income tax, would have a much more favorable impact.
  • Amazing, look at all the sympathizers for the wealthy ruling class trying to legitimize the obscene wealth that is held by the top 1%.. Personally, I believe these wealthy and powerful sociopaths that own this country should all be rounded up and sentenced to death by firing squad. Fuck them, they manipulate ordinary citizens and use them so that they can invade other sovereign nations for resources.
  • @briavila113 My goodness, are you a sociopath?
    What the fuck is the matter with you, you pathetic dip shit? You wouldn't make a scab on a decent American's ass.
    Your "sense of values" is just a bit twisted, I would say.
    I can't wait to see moronic, immoral, pieces of excrement such as you "get yours". You are just a "gimme my shit" person. You think being rich is "immoral"? Why?
    Get off your dead ass and do something.
    You just need a real attitude adjustment, you piece of shit.
  • @GutpileCharlie No, I am not mentally twisted. I just personally believe mass murderers should not be free to run amok and destroy the lives of millions upon millions of people. I guess some people consider that a crazy idea.... lol. People that show no remorse for killing innocent people daily (direct or indirect) don't deserve to live among us. Where in my comment did I say that being rich is immoral? Making yourself wealthy AT ALL COSTS is definitely immoral. That's exactly what the rich do.
  • Equality in America. Everyone should pay the same rate on income and on capital gains. No write offs.
    Everyone in America should be treated the same.
    Flat tax, efficient government, free market.
  • @ladylordess wrong, the rich should pay more... i think we should have a FAIRER TAX, a consumption tax that ONLY starts taxing at a living wage rate, beyond what the "FAIR" TAX has, which is to tax anyone making a dime over the poverty level, which is silly, because most americans can't really live on the poverty level, or right below the poverty level... so voluntary taxation would be an amazing freedom for america - if u want to live rich, u pay for it and at a flat tax rate u mention...
  • @ladylord why would u want a 40 hour a week worker making slave wages and can never have a middle class lifestyle pay ANY federal income tax? they already pay MANY imbedded flat taxes that the rich pay no more of - gas tax for one, and any sales tax - thats all flat taxes, so we already have plenty of flat taxes, federal income tax is the only great way to make things more progressive, yet due to loopholes even with this the rich can pay a smaller percent of their income, like WARREN BUFFET!
  • @glorp896 The successful work more than 40 hours a week. Why would you want to pay more for a car than it is actually worth? Why would you want someone to pay a luxury tax to buy these cars? Why do you want to punish people who succeed, and reward those who do not? Why shouldn't everyone pay the same percentage if we live in the same country?
    Warren Buffett should be ashamed of himself. He made his money and NOW he wants OTHERS to pay more in taxes!!
    How much of my income would be fair?
  • @ladylordess oh god, please don't give me that OOO THEY WORKED HARD AND LONG FOR THEIR MILLIONS AND BILLIONS nonsense... NO ONE works hard enough to earn a billion - or whatever figure u want to put on it - 500 million?... i have no problems with multi-millions, but u gotta draw the line somewhere and beyond that its OBSCENE WEALTH, like Andrew Carnegie said about HE WHO DIES RICH DIES DISGRACED... i say SO TRUE! i want to punish those who rip people off - monopolists like bill gates, proven so
  • @ladylordess to answer your questions: 1. because it might pollute the planet more 2. because there is a cost to all of us for extra pollution, needing more oil and soldiers dying for that oil, etc... you know u pay more for tags if u have a larger vehicle, i do and i don't mind 3. i want to reward people for the work they do in a LIVING WAGE WAY, not poverty stricken minimum wage way, which is really what the poverty level should be, our minimum wage SHOULD be the poverty level...
  • @ladylordess 4. because very obviously we have some jobs (CEOs come to mind) whose job it is to exploit workers in the RACE TO THE BOTTOM (cost cutting corporate technique of outsourcing, finding the cheapest labor all while making the rich richer due to it...)
    do u really think a brain surgeon who saves dozens a year should pay the same as some money manipulator who makes money using other people's money, etc... we can assign value per job - we all know teachers don't get paid enough - cops?
  • @lady no buffet has repeatedly said he doesn't pay enough taxes - he hires people to find all the loopholes - this is why he and obama have agreed to naming this new tax idea the BUFFET TAX...
    Buffet complained when bush saved him 160 million!... warren has donated over 30 billion to gates foundation, he has earmarked a good bit that way, much of which should have been used for government expenses!, his point exactly!
    your income? what is it, what do u do? i believe zero fed tax for 25K/year
  • @glorp896 YES!!! UR RIGHT! Buffet has repeatedly said that he doesn't pay enough taxes. HE CHOSE TO DO THAT! He pays financial experts so he can pay as little as possible. HE COULD HAVE paid more, he would rather NOT. He prefers OTHERS to pay more!!!! Others donate, they just do not brag about it, nor will they get a tax credit for it. LOL. Oh, the irony.
    What percentage of my income, or any persons income is FAIR to you? 55%? 95%? or zero?
  • @ladylordess fair enough point, its like Sam Walton in his walmart book saying he regretted not starting his profit sharing program for all his workers and not just management - did he ever make up for this?! no fucking way! i worked for that $92 billion and going strong evil family for three years plus and tried to unionize one of their stores, Quite a story!
    the irony is well understood and i agree wholeheartedly!
    i think the rates should come down for 99% of us! up for the mega rich!
  • @ladylordess with enough cuts in government, as per NEEDED to upgrade from our new downgrade thanks to the standard and poors rating agency and our government's compromised position on cuts, we can get total taxation down to no higher than 25% for anyone in the top 99%, especially if we tax the rich more...
    i'd like to see rates start at something WELL above the poverty line, NOT AT THE POVERTY LINE AS IT IS! why should any poverty stricken person pay any fed tax!? 10% tax for over $8,500?!
  • @glorp896 I think that the class warfare needs to stop. The American Dream is not a handout and can be had by all. A person should not be punished because they are successful.
    I should be able to do what I want with my money, not the government who uses it to make people weak and dependent on them.
    We should encourage and reward success, not failure.
  • @ladylordess i agree with you when it comes to the middle class, those are the people that work hard every single day, just sustain their rank in society. I get frustrated with the ultra rich multi-billion dollar big wigs out there, sure they don't make up a lot of the population, but they need to help out a little. They have so much money, that a million or so would be nothing to them, and they would make that back within a month anyways, if not less. These folks need to take one for the team.
  • @KlingonSpider Sustain their "rank"? Odd choice of words. I see each human being's life as a wonderful story in and of itself. I don't assume that any human works harder than another. This is America where we all have the opportunity to make it and make it big, if we do the work necessary. The TEAM needs to all have equal skin in the game. Otherwise we have a redistribution of wealth, where we will end up with an entitlement society as in the UK. This IS America, for now.
  • @ladylordess i had a pirate radio station with a show called CLASS WAR RADIO, the FCC busted my apartment complex and took our stuff, i've tried to form a union at a WALMART... no, the class warfare hasn't even begun! MAO turns in his grave and may awaken in some other country reincarnated to do the redistribution thing again! at least i hope so! - labor has HANDED OUT too much to the owners and investors, etc... a person should be punished for stealing other's labor - LABOR CREATES ALL WEALTH
  • @ladylord the failure is in becoming a billionaire because u failed to pay your workers well enough and/or charged too much for your product/service... like andrew carnegie said, HE WHO DIES RICH DIES DISGRACED... that is failure, failure is not building a business that rewards its workers more like COSTCO and less like WALMART...
    and why would u want to start a big business to become a billionaire with 1000s making money for you as u become nothing better than a check casher? thats so evil!
  • @glorp896 Who is to say that the workers were not paid well enough? Perhaps they were over paid, due to union interference!! Perhaps they were paid just the right amount?!
    Evil is expecting to live off of redistribution revenue. Evil is getting up late, not going in to work and collecting a government check instead of going to work.
  • @ladylordess i am because i worked for $6.19 per hour after over 3 years at walmart making more money for several multi-billionaires - is that contrast not good enough for you? it comes down to basic living standards, expectation of return for labor, and the poverty level, which almost NO ONE lives at or below without some tax payer assistance, conversely they should just be paid enough to not need it - walmart has trained its management to help their workers apply for tax funded assistance!
  • @lady evil is setting up a business and milking your customers and workers as u make billions, and for what? u should see happiness studies in relation to wealth, much beyond providing for yourself the rest of your life your happiness doesn't improve - donald trump used a figure of 10 million for many years, beyond which the homes, cars, health, food, clothes don't get better or improve happiness... the redistribution has been in favor of the rich - they redistribute profits in their direction
  • @glorp896 Evil is assuming that a business was set up to "milk" customers and workers. You have a problem with people who are successful, and expect that they are their to "milk" you. LOL
    Are you a Noodle Boy supporter? Don't know who I am talking about? Look the fool up and watch.
  • @ladylordess of course they ARE milking us... workers and/or customers... more like the workers in the walmart case, ESPECIALLY THE CHINESE! i have a problem with EXCESSIVE WEALTH, not success... i don't think the walton family as it currently exists with some 92 billion dollars is a success at all, i call it evil, even more so because NONE OF THEM DID CRAP to set it all up, i at least respect sam on that count...
    they are milking us, r they "there to milk"? i'm not a mind reader
  • @ladylordess "Happy Noodle Boy" - watched this utube vid... and you want to characterize me this way to make some point? i represent some level of NOODLE BOYISM to you?
    i prefer another example - EMMA GOLDMAN look her up, i was in the INDUSTRIAL WORKERS OF THE WORLD union, now i'm in another union. i gave IWW $60 not too long ago
    if noodle boy is a wobbly i support him, look up wobbly - the FOOLS ALWAYS SUFFER GLADLY AND MAKE OTHERS PAY FOR THEIR FOLLY... the fools in this context are scabs!
  • @ladylordess so at what level of wealth do u plan on being a philanthropist? and isn't that really a title NONE of these billionaires should have? they get the ego massage both ways, the making of the money (what i call exploitation) and the giving of the money (what i call returning stolen goods)... too bad it really isn't theft under the law, but the law isn't always morally sound is it?
  • @glorp896 There isn't a limit on wealth, at least not in America. If you think that there should be a limit on how much anyone can make, you should move to a communist country.
    You are a bitter, pathetic person who loves to live off the scraps of others.
  • @ladylordess there should be a limit to POWER for any one person, that includes being president, a CEO or just individual wealth... capitalists love to sanctify wealth as pure in ANY amount - that of course is evil... here is a book u would like:
    GOD WANTS YOU TO BE RICH
    i don't believe in communism, i believe in more limited capitalism, i'm still a capitalist - anarcho capitalist with a bit of socialism mixed in, ALOT of socialism mixed in when it comes to multi-billionaires!
  • @glorp896 Socialism is a disease that causes your weakness. There is no book that can help that defect.
  • @ladylord no capitalism is a disease that has caused my strength... i believe in SOME socialism - and SOME capitalism... there is an equitable mix... we have far more socialism for the rich, and on that count i agree with you!
    i'm beholden to books, they have changed my life dramatically...
    why lordess, i've always been bothered by LAND LORD, it harkens back to the serf days... should ANYONE have to deal with a LAND LORD OR LORDESS? thats one great thing CASTRO did, he undid the landlordism
  • @ladylordess perhaps u need to see the partial audit of the fed, at least for the TARP money, is the 16 trillion going to the rich or poor, guess which
    Audit of the Federal Reserve Reveals $16 Trillion in Secret Bailouts
    16 trillion secretly given out to US banks and corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland. From the period between December 2007 and June 2010, the Federal Reserve had secretly bailed out many of the world’s banks, corporations, and governments...
  • @glorp896 Perhaps you need to stop with the socialism, open your eyes and see how it is destroying America. Perhaps you stop with the bitterness about the successful.
    "Secretly given" REALLY ??? LOL Obviously you do not know what the word "secret" means. lol
  • @lady perhaps u need to understand we need a balance that quite obviously a totally government collectivist economy doesn't work and neither does a totally free enterprise capitalist pig economy that pushes THE RACE TO THE BOTTOM (something u should know by now as to this capitalized phrase
    yes, secret; we needed to have legislation passed for the audit for this info, READ THE STORY -obviously u don't know about another bill for a full FED audit and that the prez is not allowed in fed meetings
  • @ladylordess perhaps u need to understand that we have far more socialism for the rich than we do for the poor, thats what TARP is all about... and the secret word is not mine, thats what was reported... TARP went FAR deeper than we knew, of course we knew about some of it... but there are many secrets still - thus i sent RON PAUL $100 to help him audit the fed, no one in our government has pushed this more than he...
    and yes, my eyes are open to SOCIALISM FOR THE RICH and it is destroying us
  • @ladylordess i am successful and not bitter, so stop saying this crap... just because someone becomes wealthy doesn't mean we become like u, we can still have our labor roots and understanding of those we profit off of... its like parents that lost their childhood and didn't remember it during their parenting days make for less effective parents... empathy is a matter of remembering where u were and what u were (poverty maybe) and even if never that low STILL trying to walk in their shoes...
  • @glorp896 It sounds more like you are bitter and not successful. You would LIKE for me to be silenced and not express my opinion? What type of world did you wish to have ? LOL
    Our labor roots are history. The unions have perverted it, and caused our country great harm. Perhaps you would like to start a business in America and hire people?
  • @ladylordess i told u how much i'm worth and what i make - "sounding like" isn't always the fact of it is it? "bitter" sounds like u think i'm jealous maybe? or bothered by others success? feel free to correct me on that...
    if u can't put a quantified level of evil on exploitation, taking advantage of your workers, etc. then i'm BOTHERED by that, and certainly the most extreme cases, the third world, should embitter the workers - do u not side with many of their strikes in history?
  • @ladylordess i would like u to be more quantified in your opinion - u put no limit on wealth, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT... a world where this article/interview could not have been written:
    "The Wealth Divide: The Growing Gap in the United States Between the Rich and the Rest" - google that, LOTS of quantification for you... read the book WHAT DO UNIONS DO? - two harvard professors of economics wrote it... i used it during my union attempt of a walmart store... Perhaps you would like to unionize?
  • @ladylordess unions have only perverted your bottom line expanding vision of THE RACE TO THE BOTTOM as labor costs are cut until when? when we reach africa AGAIN, china is already going there... just how many more places can we find cheaper labor? from mexico to china to india to Africa? some think it will never be africa as they are too LOW IQed... so relative to your wish to lower labor costs unions pervert profits for the owners, management and stock holders (which should be the workers!)
  • @ladylordess try not to be a Maria Antoinette, LET THEM EAT CAKE
    "supposedly spoken by "a great princess" upon learning that the peasants had no bread. Since brioche was enriched, as opposed to normal bread, the quote supposedly would reflect the princess's obliviousness to the condition of the people.
    While they are commonly attributed to Queen Marie Antoinette,[1] there is no record of these words ever having been uttered by her" - wiki, so maybe u can revive the saying? just saying...
  • @glorp896 Did you mean Marie Antoinette? The only person playing that role currently is Michelle Obama.
    Obamanomics: Trickle up Poverty. IT'S WORKING!!!!!!
  • @ladylord pre-FRENCH REVOLUTION snob... THAT was class warfare... so was Mao and the bread riots of 1917 in russia... the serf system was undone in england... there is already plenty of history to counter your claims of an excessive elite being "ok" to run things... Castro revolution undid massive corruption and concentration of wealth in the hands of the few... for such a poor country they do amazingly well with USA sanctions... some things should be nationalized/socialized - nigeria needs it!
  • @lady trickle down didn't work so now the elitists counter with this? there is no way obama will be able to tax the rich enough to get them down to even middle class, much less poverty. he may be totally unsuccessful in all these attempts with a repub house. there is NO WAY i can vote repub this time - might go third party, but due to obama's attempts to tax the rich more i favor him greatly, even despite him not being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN or maybe citizen of any sort, his birth c. is a fraud
  • @ladylordess trickle down didn't work did it, but what do u care if the rich get richer and poor get poorer relative to the rich or remain quite flat as to income parity? yes, the pre FRENCH REVOLUTION snob - she certainly helped push this class warfare... Mao, bread riots of 1917 russia, castro revolution, nigeria needs a revolt, etc... class warfare is needed from time to time due to WEALTH CONCENTRATION, shameless evil rich people with HUGE EGOS... some humble pie is in order! Guillotines?
  • @glorp896 Trickle down worked better than trickle up, gravity aside. What do you care if those who work earn money and those who do not work don't? What do you care if a person uses his brain, invests his income and has to pay taxes over and over again on the same dollar? Socialism breeds laziness. Paying people to continue to not work only makes them more needy and dependent on the government. Just the way the Dems want their base. Disgusting. Survival of the fittest.
  • @ladylordess LOL, apparently u need to see the stats of the top 1% and who has made gains over the last several decades... again, u r clueless...
    #1. i care more for those who work for their money more than i care for those who GET so many to work for them to make money... every heard SPOCK say, THE NEEDS OF THE MANY OUTWEIGH THE NEEDS OF THE FEW (especially if those few are rich!)... #2 i care, because i did it and i understand double taxation...
    capitalism breeds greed - pay them to work
    -
  • @glorp896 The purpose of taxation is to raise revenue for the government - the purpose of taxation is NOT to make things "fair". It has been PROVEN over and over lowering taxes leads to higher revenue for the government due to increased economic activity. (people spending more of their own money)
    And I could just about guarantee you that the rich do not have three kids by the time they are 18 and go out and spend the money they do have on tattoos and smokes. Yet the poor people I know do.
  • @MetalDetroit when things are SO UNFAIR do we just ask for our CREATED WEALTH that the rich have accumulated? unionize? i believe in lowering taxes for the bottom 99%, but raising taxes on the top 1% will STILL not create higher revenue for the government?  maybe you should think about that - that the hoarded wealth at the top will not be spent and can be put to better by taxing it, or at least RETURNING IT, whereas if the bottom 99% get a tax break its more likely to be spent for sure...
  • @glorp896 The Bush Tax cuts for the "rich" changed rates from:
    39.6 to 35
    35 to 33
    30 to 28
    27 to 25
    15 to 10
    So the biggest tax cut went to those at the BOTTOM of the income scale. Returning the wealth ?!
    To WHO?! Are you one of those people that think the wealthy STOLE their money? How does people having extreme wealth HURT you? We have the wealthiest "poor" people in the world. The average person in peverty in this country has two TV's
  • @MetalD yes, we need to make sure the massive armies of walmart wage slaves don't make the walton family richer than 92 billion dollars... TO THE WORKERS, BACK TO THE WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS and most especially THE CHINESE WORKERS... i do think capitalism is largely legalized crime - and by some anarchist definitions PROFIT=THEFT... it hurt me making $6.19/hour after three years at walmart in 1998... thanks to some liberals our poor are as u say... they'd be worse if repubs always ran things
  • @glorp896 Profit = theft is the most ignorant thing I have ever heard. Profit = Jobs / goods and services / a standard of living greater than anything the world has ever seen / innovation in health care / science / technology / transportation. Guess you want to go back to the covered wagon days when it took months to go accross the country and half your family died along the way.
  • @MetalDetroit its really a well informed academic position of some top notch anarchists - a highly developed point, hardly ignoring the fact of what profit means to others... the idea in my short terse form is that why would u want to take advantage of anyone? how can any transaction be equal? and how can u really know? profit versus if everyone is co-owner of everything there is no system or monopoly or ANY exploitation, we are just all hippie commune sharing types of nature, or whatever...
  • @MetalDetroit some people like that going back thing, BACK TO NATURE - read EARTH FIRST and WILD EARTH on that count... i like what u list, a more STAR TREK world, but can we really build that on a profit basis? NO MONEY IN THE STAR TREK WORLD... quite obviously we know that money, guns, political power, monarchies, and monopolies of wealth all lead to corruption corrupting all absolutely - minus the exploited?, or do they want to do the same thing?
  • @MetalDetroit in total dollar amounts u are quite wrong, not to mention loop holes back then and now that have many rich paying lower tax rates than the middle class... why should anyone making a bit over the poverty level pay any federal income tax? they shouldn't, they already pay many flat taxes at the same level of the rich for many things, gas for instance... so i think that 10% tax rate should not start until something around 25,000, some kind of "living wage" instead of poverty basis...
  • @MetalD BUFFET complained when bush did this, i think he saved 160 million or something, he didn't need it and said so!
    how much money do u really need? donald trump has used a figure of $10 mill for many years, beyond which stuff is not any better... happiness studies show that beyond what u need for the rest of your life your happiness level isn't improved... once u are assured of a nice lifestyle and survival the rest of your life your life can't really get better - u don't need billions
  • @MetalDetroit when things are SO UNFAIR do we just ask for our CREATED WEALTH that the rich have accumulated? unionize? i believe in lowering taxes for the bottom 99%, but raising taxes on the top 1% will STILL not create higher revenue for the government? maybe you should think about that - that the hoarded wealth at the top will not be spent and can be put to better use by taxing it, or at least RETURNING IT, whereas if the bottom 99% get a tax break its more likely to be spent for sure...
  • @MetalDetroit i'm kidless, no tattoos, never smoked and starting investing at 22, i'm quite wealthy... no booze, no drugs, no pets, lawn mower, always used cars - i didn't even have a car for over 11 years, rode a bike all that time... paid cash for my house and have been using the IRS limits to max out all available tax free retirement accounts years, AND THEN SOME investing... i could take a 20 year vacation, would ruin my retirement account, but i could do it...
  • @glorp896 u need to look in the mirror to see who is truly clueless. u don't care 4 anyone but yourself. Who ru trying to fool? Socialists are weak-minded, as u have shown. The socialist, who the modern liberal has fully become, is racked by a tortured conscience that cannot accept that this kind of life is "all there is." The socialist becomes someone who is easily led, and even more easily misled. The conservative sees each human being's life as a wonderful story in and of itself.
  • @ladylordess i've given u plenty of plugs and data, yet u still haven't told me what u make or what u are worth or what limits u think there should be? u said the sky is the limit, well, what if there is a kind of The Empire Strikes Back Bespin's floating Cloud City that hovers suspended by an anti-gravity pod and thats where the elite live; how much should they control the people below? what level of total wealth is justifiably owned by any one person or 1%? is outer space the limit?
  • @glorp896 You think you have something to say that anyone wants to read? You post more than 500 characters at a time.  Now that I know you are a fool, I only glance over your last reply, which is the one that I receive. I don't go searching for your foolishness. If I wanted lies and stories, I would watch television. I think you watch too much television. Just an observation.
  • @ladylordess yes
    THOSE NOT WILLING TO READ THAT WHICH THEY know TO NOT BE TRUE, ARE NOT BETTER THAN THE ILLITERATE... i have given u the stats, the cold hard facts - consider them lies if u will, and feel free to challenge anything specific. now u know how much TV i watch? i'm sure they use peer review journals as well for some reports - why do u even play these GUESS WHO I AM GAMES? just stick to the debate, we don't need to do any ad hominem attacks, but of course that makes it more fun? ;)
  • @ladylordess at least three of your vids on your channel in recent activity are all TV based - does watching them on utube make them more enlightened? if the comments are good enough... of course FOX will feed your lust for wealth and assuage any possible guilt... i will say this for E-MAC of the Forbes show on fox, Elizabeth MacDonald mentioned both what the rich pay in taxes AND what they actually make which u virtually never hear from Hannity, Rush, Bortz, etc... radio a good medium for u?
  • @glorp896 u need to look in the mirror to see who is truly clueless. u don't care 4 anyone but yourself. Who ru trying to fool? Socialists are weak-minded, as u have shown. The socialist, who the modern liberal has fully become, is racked by a tortured conscience that cannot accept that this kind of life is "all there is." The socialist becomes someone who is easily led, and even more easily misled. The conservative sees each human being's life as a wonderful story in and of itself.
  • @ladylordess how could u know that?  getting irrational again? how could u know who i care about? i OBVIOUSLY care more about labor than you do!... i'm trying trying to fool anyone, i'm up front and open about MANY issues... i think u r being the fool for being so overly supportive of the obscenely wealthy... oh, weak minded? u wanna compare IQ scores, SAT, ACT, Mega Exam, etc... or just weak in the sense of the bold courageous labor exploiting owners who don't pay their workers enough?
  • @ladylordess The capitalist, who the modern conservative-libertarian has fully become, isn't racked enough by a tortured conscience that should accept that this kind of life of "all there is" is what they restrict their workers to.  The capitalist becomes someone who is easily led, and even more easily misled by greed and the righteous might of more zeros added to their bottom line. The conservative sees each human being's life as a wonderful story in and of itself as long as its exploited...
  • @ladylordess I'M NOT TRYING TO FOOL ANYONE, correction made... obviously management and owners try to fool labor in to thinking they are making enough, while they take the lion's share...
  • @ladylordess so do u wanna have a moral high ground competition to see who cares more about others more... maybe we can image shack charitable contribution receipts, family history? bums on the streets - how many times have u given to bums on the streets, lets start with the lowest of the low...  ever hang out with bums, maybe let them live in your car, i did... or in your house? i sent $50 to the japs by way of red cross after their TRIPLE WHAMMY... but i guess u can look better being richer?
  • @glorp896 No, I don't need to play the Democrat game of who has the "moral high ground" of who cares about whom MORE! LOL.
    You people in America think you know what it is like to be poor? LOL. Try leaving the country and see what being poor truly is.
  • @ladylordess i have, 16 countries at least and i stay away from the 3rd world ones - had some fun with gypsies on the streets begging and stealing at least a few times... they have very low IQs, i've seen the stats, they really are the white niggers of europe...
    yes, our poverty is quite nice... but isn't that some kind of sick excuse to say your own excessive wealth is ok? i don't know what your's is, i'm just saying in general - so why pay american workers more, our poverty is so wealthy!?
  • @ladylordess somebody, MAYBE A SOCIALIST?, turned this comment into MARKED AS SPAM, it wasn't me - i don't play those childish games - like u blocking me and erasing my comments...
    people should try COMMENT PENDING APPROVAL in real life, when anyone talks to u immediately interrupt them and say, PUT THAT IN WRITING SO I CAN SEE IF I WANT TO APPROVE YOUR STATEMENTS AND CONSIDER THEM FOR RESPONSE... well i guess some people FINALLY get to regulate the freedom of others... pathetic, weak, childish
  • @glorp896 I wouldn't allow you to come and smear your feces or your illiterate graffiti on my storefront window, why would I allow you to post the same on my channel?
    LOL  Silly Filly!!!
  • @unlady thats gross, can we be less scatological?, thank you
    illiterate? i got a 96% on my national vocab section, only 4% of my peers had higher vocabularies... how about u? u get higher? i have a 4 year degree - did u graduate with honors? - were u ever published? i edited a book and was told by the editor it was probably the most CLEAN book they had edited before publishing - i did it for a friend... lets keep poop smears for lab testing only, to check for parasites, which reminds me...
  • @ladylordess as to your vocabulary word Filly:
    1: a young female horse usually of less than four years
    2: a young woman : girl
    i'm a human, a man, a 44 year old man, how about u?
  • @glorp896 You needed to look up what Filly meant? LOL That is exactly what I think of you, and it was much more polite than bitch & jackass.
